Nurses, Aides and Housekeeping all wonderful caring people. However looking to the corporate level it is extremely short staffed, kitchen workers do their best. But meals are usually ridiculously poor, how about real eggs sometimes instead of powdered. I wish the Corporate level cared enough to get out of the boardroom and try cooking a few meals and answer call lights. Maybe you don't pay enough the ones working right now are usually doing the work of 3 try paying them 3 times more! Somebody is using the money they charge residents for meals is definitely not getting to the patients. I believe the short staffing is critical.
