My husband has been here in rehab for 2weeks, I am absolutely happy about the excellent care he has received. Staff have been caring and helpful, the food is good, services such as PT and OT and discharge planning staff are exceptional. Special thanks to CC, Carly, PT staff, food manager, and Alaina. Good job and thank you for making a difficult time easier.

Our family is very pleased with the staff and care. I feel badly not everyone has been happy in the past. My mom rehabilitating there before returning to her memory care facility is very reassuring and a great peace of mind. ALL the staff really care and love the residents. I see it daily. I can't thank them enough for choosing to work there. Welcome Rob the new administrator and other new staff joining the greatest team!!! Best people ever are there!!! Thank you for being a place that will always have my love and support!!!

My grandfather spent his final months here. They treated him beyond well and tried everything they could to make him comfortable. It was the only place besides home he felt comfortable going too. The staff is all amazing and the nurses are constantly working their bums off. I personally saw them handle all patients with care and compassion.

I've worked here off and on for the last year and a half as an on-call. I would work here full time if I didn't live over an hour away. The staff go out of their way to treat all coworkers as valuable parts of the team. Family members of loved ones are included in resident care and are treated with kindness and respect. Any issues are immediately addressed and remedied by a quick chain of communication. It's rare to find a workplace where the staff look after the well-being of coworkers, residents and family members to the extent that Roo Lan does. The halls smell clean. The residents seem happy and well cared for. The workplace is one to look forward to instead of dread. My only complaints are having to deal with Pharmerica pharmacy, but those complaints are the same with every facility I have worked where Pharmerica is utilized. Roo Lan is a fabulous place to work.
