When my mom passed away, my dad was in a 3 bedroom house alone. He was taking falls on a regular basis, It was time for dad to move, not into assisted living but independent living. I stopped by and was immediately impressed! Wendy Basil immediately impressed me. This was definitely the place my dad needed to be. I had looked into 2 other places but never visited them. I took my dad on a tour and he was sold immediately as well. He is monitored for falls, he is given 3 meals a day, a 24 hour pantry is available, 24 hour ice cream and the managers, Tylyn and Tad Weight are a hands on management team. They run an amazing facility. There are several activities, a great activities schedule m, bus for appointments (all included in the rate) and a beautiful pool, putting green and the views of the mountains and strip are fantastic. This was definitely the place for my dad, love the staff, definitely quality employees! Best of all, relatives and friends are welcome to join any meal for a very reasonable fee. Update: My dad had a medical issue pop up on Tuesday, July 7, I went to check on him and approached Tad to accompany me as I had no idea what to expect. Without hesitation, Tad joined me and assisted me in getting my dad ready to leave for the ER. This is the reason I speak so highly of Vista Park, they really do care! Compassionate workers fill this building and it starts at the top!

Good overall - better than most other communities of this type, with costs on the lower side. Food has improved a lot with all new chef's lately. Isn't really "all inclusive" for cleaning or maintenance.

Excellent community. New spacious units, pet friendly and helpful competent managers and staff. I have been here one year and I've met dozens of neighbors whom all enjoy the many activities and outings provided. It is also located in a nice residential neighborhood.

The staff is always caring and resourceful when it comes to problem solving for their residents. Also their weekly Prime Rib is the best in Las Vegas!! 10/10 recommend.

15 months ago Jim and I moved to Vista Park. We were tired of shopping, cooking and cleaning. Now we enjoy a delicious variety of meals prepared by our talented chef and served by our caring helpful staff. There is always a great selection on our soup and salad bar. Our cleaning staff keeps our apartment and the whole facility spotless. This leaves us with time to choose from the many activities available. Exercise classes in the gym, billiards, card games of all kinds, bingo, cornhole, chair volleyball, craft and painting classes. There are so many more that we have a hard time deciding. The view out the patio shows us our lovely landscape in the front of the building. The waterfall and Koi pond is a relaxing place to meet friends. But the most important thing about Vista Park are our managers, Heather and David. They keep everything running smoothly and are available to answer questions or just to listen if that is what we need. They have turned our community into a family with their loving attitude. We aren't just friends here. We care about each other. Thanksgiving seemed an appropriate time to share our happiness with the decision we made to move here. Janice and Jim O'Brien

Ok can we just talk about how incredible this community is!! This far exceeded anything I ever knew of for a retirement option for my grandmother. The food, the apartment layouts, the billiards, the movie theater, and the pool! The options for entertainment are endless. But most importantly and above all, AMANDA!!! She is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, welcoming people I’ve ever encountered while on the hunt. She made my decision for my grandmother a no brainer!!! There’s literally no other option for a retirement choice thanks to Amanda!!

What an awesome place this is! We love being vendors for these folks who take care of the elderly like they are staying in a fine resort with wonderful amenities. Besides a great dining hall with a buffet style set up, there is a theater, meeting rooms, a pool (under construction), additional garages if needed, a gym, gift shop, and a hair salon open on weekends. These are great convenances to have in addition to a shuttle that takes these elderly folks out to outings within the community. Thanks RLC and Vista Park for taking care of these seniors, taking us on as a vendor. We are really proud to be a part of the community you are building in North Las Vegas Aliante area

Vista Park is a beautiful community. But what goes further than the beautiful finishes is the caring group of people who manage and operate the community. From the managers, Doug and Mary, to chef Gabe who prepares and presents appetizing meals - this community just gets it. Their activity calendar is robust and it’s so nice to have everything under one roof.
