Apartment great but poor management in the past. Changes almost every year and they don't seem to know what they are doing and.poor maintenance in past. Rent has gone up every year for the past 6 years, just had microwave replacement and they did a great job. Thank you. Everything has improved.

Resident here for only 6 weeks but everyone has been very welcoming. Quite and much to take part in. Tyaira, management, always greets you with a smile and is so helpful with any questions that may come up. Love my apartment! Updated 7/10/26 Things have definitely changed in the past 21 months. Different management, very unhappy residents, water problems constantly, open holes in walls and ceilings not being repaired, increase in rent often. We are either treated like children or senile. No more opinions or choices. Little by little our "family community" is dissolving into scared trapped seniors with nowhere else to go.

Maintenance couldn’t see the problem but going by what I told them took apart the door latch and tightened screws and oiled the latch. They solved the problem.

Beware the ridiculous amount of time it takes their so-called "auditor" to do their job. They apparently couldn't care less if someone could end up homeless since they take their sweet time giving people a move in date. Approved for an apartment close to 2 months ago, apartment empty 3 weeks ago, and STILL waiting to be able to get moved in. Absolutely insane.

Apartment and amenities Great but office staff confused and not in my opinion, not enough knowledge for position 6 months later and the the office is still a HOT MESS. Robyn forgets EVERYTHING. Eviction notices put on door after paying rent. No maintenance, no inspections and as a result the hoarding in some units has become a fire hazard. When a water pipe breaks, they have to wait two weeks for it to be fixed but budget can be spent no problem on pizza Management is not experienced enough nor has the right attitude To be managing an income restricted elderly community. If you don’t believe me, go sit in the community room of your own property and hear it from the majority of the residence yourself if you care

Things are getting better. The 5.5 years I’ve lived here we’ve gone through about a dozen office personnel. Things seem to be going in the right direction in the past few months.

Although I am not sure which issue this is regarding, as I have multiple requests, I will say two repairs have been completed very well. In each case, however, maintenance has just shown up without calling ahead. They claim the phone number on file is incorrect, yet traditions leasing agents are somehow reaching me at the number they have and is this very number.

We moved in the first week of October and have been so satisfied here. Both Robin and Aaron have been welcoming and responsive to every question or concern. The vast majority of the residents are friendly. We would highly recommend this complex. Our last complex was poorly maintained and there was always issues involving law enforcement. Traditions allows us to be us and to feel safe. It is well maintained and clean both inside and out. Some will always find something to complain about regardless of where they are and how nice it is. But this is one of the nicest 55+ communities there is!

I love it here. My apartment is in a great spot. I wish they would change color of the hallway walls Also wish they would replace carpet in apartments after 6 years. Mine is discusting. All in all this is a great place to live. Especially I avoid the gossipers. Makes life easier.

The new management staff is very helpful and responsive. The complex has been here for 5 years now, and I don't believe there are any vacancies. The five tennis-court-size "Now Leasing" banners on the sides of the building look like hell after hanging there for 5 years and can probably come down at this point.

I stopped by to learn more about Traditions. Tyaira was EXCELLENT in giving me a tour & answering all of my questions. She is a true asset to Traditions! I have studied customer service of companies that are known for setting a great example (Disney, Nordstrom, etc.) and she & Traditions checked ALL of the GREAT boxes. I am not a resident YET, but I’m looking forward to the day that I get to settle in and get involved with other residents. I am VERY impressed with what is happening here and with Tyaira and Lee! I’ve been looking for a place for my MIL, who is incredibly hard to impress (trust me) The young lady Lee was so helpful and patient with us my MIL mentioned how comfortable she was asking questions. Most places we go, staff seem short like they don’t want to help much. Lee never turned down a question stated she was still relatively new to this property but if she didn’t have the answer she could get an answer. Incredible

I love hanging out in the cozy library. Certain times of the year I can see Pikes Peak from the large window. I feel safe using the large walk-in shower surrounded by safety bars, and the convenient washer and dryer in the bathroom.

A family member of mine lives here and absolutely loves how nice everyone is. I personally don't like how often the elevators go down and how often the tenants try jamming big bags of trash in the tiny chutes which forces everyone to carry them downstairs to the trash room. The staff overall seem friendly and helpful.

I went into Traditions recently to get some leasing information for my grandmother and had the best experience with the Leasing Agent Tyaira! She was so helpful and extremely kind! I can’t wait to come back and show my grandma the community and hopefully help her lease here! Thank you again Tyaira!
