Beautiful grounds, & loved the decor & the staff was great. I am glad my Dad got to move there & so is he. He loves it there & the freedom to walk the grounds & he said, their food was delicious.

Francis, Kris and Elham make this place a true home welcoming everyone who walks through the doors. A cost effective solution for those needing a soft place to land after realizing their house is too big and too much work to maintain. The meals are excellent and there are lots of great activities.

One of the best retirement communities I've visited. All the staff is amazing. Very caring and they love thier residents. The food is always delicious. Cannot stress hire much I love this place. I would definitely recommend SEM Terrace for your loved ones.

My Mom has been living here for 2 yrs. now and she Loves it. The staff really care about all the residents. I was so glad Sem Terrace was found for her.
