I was there for about a month for rehab on a broken bone in my shoulder. The nursing staff and therapists are great. They are friendly and treat every patient very well. I never felt uncomfortable during my stay. Overall I would definitely recommend this facility for family and loved ones. Every patient is treated with respect and care. Hi Cami

My husband moved into Eden Vista on September 19, 2023, after being treated in a local hospital for five days. He was placed at Eden Vista in their memory care as he needed more help than I could provide. We were instantly welcomed warmly and introduced to the staff who would care for him. His caretakers helped him become comfortable within his room and with the other residents who lived within this facility. He was never without clean clothes, bedding and bathroom essentials. They recognized that my husband was not a social person or a fan of participation in games-- but he was able to join them for eating within the dining room. When he needed to be by himself, they brought his tray to his room. He enjoyed the caretakers especially when they told jokes or teased each other. I thank each and every person in this assisted living for all they did for my husband while he was a resident.

I have been working here for a year and 2 months, it is an amazing place to work, the management team is beyond amazing. Our therapy department is beyond amazing what they can to make our residents stronger. My aunt is here and we are so pleased with the care she is getting. She was at a different nursin home and wasn't happy, since she has been here she has been a lot happier.

They are the worst place I have ever seen!they let their patient go 38 w/o any food or substitute! After 36 days the patient made me his POA, 2 days later they administered a feeding tube which I suggested many weeks before! They found a way to make me unable to go to their facility and now he is about to die! practically bed ridden and hasn't barely gained any weight! He is starving w the feeding tube and me not able to see what they are doing! I go anyway and now my sister is going and we are trying to get this Navy vet some emergency help!!

Edenbrook Green Bay is newly remodeled and it looks fantastic! The building and grounds are clean and very well kept inside and out! This facility is also well decorated and bright! The leadership and staff is friendly capable and willing to take on the special requests and needs of the residents! Great work!

First off I'd like to address the low ratings given to Edenbrook by anyone thats actually stepped foot in this spacious, well kept facility. I'm sure something didn't go right or your lofty expectations of what the difference between actual care and compassion might be. My mother (may she R.I.P.) got both her knees replaced and stayed for rehab. Was it all fun and games with lattes and roses, heck no... but it was focused and honest. Matter of fact, the staff at this facility should be applauded for their dedication and pride of profession to come to a place every day to get hurting and often times elderly folks to regain as much of their mobility (and quite frankly Dignity) back so they can return to their lives. Not to mention the tight budgets, all the Covid-19 protocols and wage challenges in a time where staffing and experience are priceless to any service industry. Edenbrook Staff, hold your heads up high, you make a difference in our community through your care. Real compassion is not in fake smiles and mandatory gestures, its in the resilience of seeing a weak patient and coaching them to push beyond their pain to succeed their goals. The V.A. hospital aint going to send me to the 6+ month government waiting list or on any goose chase...I'm coming here when my stubborn butt needs rehab, plain and simple.

I would like to say that Eden Brook out of all the nursing homes that I've been in is the best! I especially like Lisa Wendy Apple, JJ, and the staff of PT, OT and speech therapy. There are so many others that I would like to name,but too many To say. I have nothing bad to say about any of them. Outstanding food from the dietary staff. Very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the need for it.

Edenbrook Green Bay provides wonderful care to their residents, especially long term care. They cared for my grandmother for many years, and my family never regretted our choice of choosing this home. The staff takes time to get to know the residents and their needs, and is very responsive to any concerns brought forward from family. Best nursing home in Green Bay!
