Move-in day was beautiful they give you a flatbed or a cart to carry your stuff it made it so much easier. Why happened to be on the 8th floor what a beautiful view God's gift. Great apartment experience, landscaping is bright ! staff is terrific. elevators are older so be patient. Todd with maintenance works to perfection and with a smile and every fur baby is his friend ! Social coordinator director is Wonderful ! Lots to do and she helps yo7 find answers to your questions ! ! As in every community you pick your neighbors ! They have a van that takes you to local food shops etc 3 x a week, plus 1 x month breakfast and every other lunch ! Many activities during the day either with social coordinator or Tenants Association! Come check them out ! Best part you see ducks,geese, deer

I've lived at Mallard Run Senior Apartments for a little over 3 years. I'm very happy with my decision to move here. The apartment is a bit small, but as you age it's a good idea to downsize. The maintenance team is friendly and always prompt to make repairs as long asfun. you submit requests either to the office or on the tenants webpage. The office staff is friendly. There is a tenants association that is free and often provides morning coffee and diners etc. The Better Tomorrows social services coordinator is wonderful and holds regular programs for information and for fun. Rent is based upon your annual income. There is assistance available for food rent rebate and LIHEAP. The is usually a wait list. Two bedroom apartments are not usually available, only one bedroom apartments.

2019 UPDATED- No consistent Van Service as advertised, always sending letters regarding lease violations for hanging out in public areas, and office doors are always closed! 2017 review-Programs changed. No van service for seniors who don't drive and family lives too far away. No comprehensive social services programs with well informed staff. No air vents in bathrooms. Air conditioning is wall unit which doesn't cool apartments down. No air flow in hall ways with very poor carpeting that has consistently smell. Very low grade of living.
