I love this building, the neighbors not so much. Not only is a review very much NOT TRUE! But they clearly don't know the difference between disabled people and drunks. Be cause that's what this building is for, elderly and disabled. Which is why there's often ambulances, firetrucks and even occasionally a coroner. There several homeless in the area, some that are decent struggling people. But others that ARE drunks and camp and smoke Marijuana around the neighborhood and in the alley behind the properties. But the disabled youth that although loud, weren't hurting anyone or drinking etc. And we're just having fun before 10 p.m. as the city laws and apartment rules require. But strangers came to these kids with disabilities and far from nicely asked them to turn it down. As can be seen by the review they came aggressively with no facts and frightened the kids. FYI people with these types of disabilities tend to go into fight or flight mode when approach with such aggression. So naturally didn't respond well. Cameras are in plain sight to show what was happening. The kids also stopped the noise at 10p.m. as they were told to. Roughly 25 minutes and they'd have been gone. There were also multiple calls made to management to complain and it hasn't happened since, which was literally two times, NOT CONSTANTLY! Management did address the issue but despite it not happening again the choice was made to post assumptions and lies in the name of a review. Calling these people with intellectual disabilities "DRUNKS"! When will the defamation and bigotry towards disabled persons end?

This is a decent place to live. It's clean and fairly well maintained. Whether you like it or not will be determined by your expectations as well as your perception.Be prepared to follow rules because this is a subsidized building.
