I give my mother laws name.... some happen long the way when they was going to move her to a new place so she can get help... listen what I'm saying they drop my mother laws on floor because she couldn't say anything... she was just blowing bubbles in her mouth ... first thing they don't have is bed rails to help you up 2 if two people in the room you got to used the bathroom share with person they take their time to come in room see if needed some.... they can be nice to you when you in there... wait till you leave back to that old ways...I feel sorry for about going through they....my mother laws died 3 months top my mother laws died somewhere else I will not give you my mother laws name.... Keep eye on your family in there.... I'm telling the truth...it might look inside it not true ...they drop My mother laws... They drop my mom laws on that's hard floor. After that's drop she wasn't getting better.... She was fluffy and blown bubbles in her mouth. That's true . Do don't let your family be a victim they drop my mother laws on the floor... she was getting ready to move to another place in Winston..... but it didn't happen.. when they drop her.. she was just blowing bubbles out her mouth some happen long the when they drop her... my mother laws was talking to us and eat something next day she couldn't say anything...I My not getting my answer what happened to h

My sister-in-law is in this facility for rehab after a recent fall. While the PT and OT are very good, there are other issues that are subpar to terrible. Her room is a double that shares a bathroom with another double. While that in itself is not necessarily a problem, at least one of the residents using that bathroom needs a toilet attachment to be fit by a staff member, which is left in place after use. When my sister-in-law needs to use the toilet, she often needs to find a staff member to remove the device since she is unable to do it herself. She is a vegetarian, which was not initially put into her record. When it was, the kitchen continued to serve her meals, which included meats for the protein. The floor staff was helpful about correcting the errors, but they should not have happened. Tonight, though, she was served fish nuggets, which she is allergic to. Her chart does show that allergy, and she had asked for a grilled cheese for that meal. Such carelessness could have been catastrophic. When a family member asked someone in the billing department about her discharge date, the answer was the date based on the original expected duration of stay. This was a cause of distress where the billing department would have been better to have deferred that question to a member of the treatment team or the social worker. As you may have been able to glean from this review, this is not my first rodeo with a care facility. This place would not be at all appropriate for someone without the ability to advocate for themselves.

Our mom has been at LHC for a year now, and we're grateful for a staff who listens to us. Whenever Mom has special needs, they hear our concerns and are quick to address them. Everyone from reception, cnas, rns, director of nursing, activities, therapy - thank you.

My first time going there. So I don't know if you can except this one. The staff that I seen work the hall of 206 was Excellent. Got a chance to meet two of them that cam to the room. Answered questions. Very nice and pleasant. I will be back to visit my friend then I can share more. Thanks! John.

Lexington healthcare is one of the best skilled nursing facility that I have ever dealth with..the people that run it are very involved with the patients and the nurses and assistant s are to be commended..there is so much being done for loved ones from therapy to meds to feeding and thank you is not enough..we should all be thankful there is such a caring and compatent facility in Lexington NC and I am very thankful

They were absolutely wonderful in my daddys last days“ although our hearts are broken and daddy didn't pass at home. The nurses and doctors were wonderful to him. Staff was very friendly, and one therapist tried locating your resident for our church's first-time visit to her. However, there should be some type of safety system to notify the front desk if one of your clients has left the facility eg. Doctor's appointment. That would save all of us time from searching. On a positive note Besides the friendly atmosphere I did notice your visitor checkin and out system is the most efficient one I've encountered. My mom was at Lexington health care for 8 weeks. From the start of her rehab, to the last day, it was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for better care. I want to give a shout out to Morgan in admissions who got everything set up, Kathryn in OT and Kim in PT who kept her moving and gave her confidence, nurses, Andre,Roxie,,and especially Bri ,who held a special place in my moms heart, and so many others who's names we can't remember! They always worked hard,and made sure she was well taken care of! They all deserve a raise and a pizza party, with ice cream for dessert!

I was VERY leery for my dad to be admitted to another rehab facility. His experience in the previous one was HORRIFIC and is the reason he's back in a rehab center. Anyway, my cousin used to work at this facility and recommended it. It was 20 mins from my home and that increased my apprehension...BEST DECISION EVER MADE!! He's happy, the staff is EXCELLENT, his care EXCEPTIONAL! I'm so grateful!!

My husband was at this facility for almost 4 weeks. From the time we came through the front door until the last day, I was extremely pleased with the care he received and the therapy. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. The facility was very clean. The staff works well with each other and seems to enjoy what they are doing. I LOVE this place! I worked as a regional nurse consultant for MFA for many years and just returned in November as the Director of Nursing. It feels like I'm finally back home!! The staff that are here today are compassionate and really care for our residents and each other - what a great team. Come visit us!
