My wife's cousin was in assisted living at Grace Manor for 6 years, and received very thoughtful, respectful and diligent care from their staff. His favorite care person was Maria who was able to get him to laugh while doing her job of administering all his meds. As his Power of Attorney, I was always informed of his ups and downs, which is always appreciated. Thank you for being there for him.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this facility and even more grateful for the kindness of the owners, Daniel and Maggie!! The staff were just as kind and helpful. They welcomed us with open arms, 3 meals a day, once a week housekeeping, his room was always clean. And to add to that it was affordable! I would not even question moving a family member in here!!! Thank you for your kindness Daniel and Maggie, we are so grateful for your support!

I was recommended to this facility by the VA. My niece and I went and checked out ( took a tour) Of the grounds and inside. This place was amazing. Very well kept up. The back yard Is huge, has a nice patio, a BBQ, which we were told gets used quite frequently. The kitchen is located across from the very spacious and open dining room. I spoke to a couple of the residents, asked them how was the food, they replied, very good and healthy. I took a peak inside the kitchen, whatever they were cooking smelled really good, and everything was clean. The young man, Daniel, showed us a couple of rooms. Again, rooms were clean, bathroom nice size , had bars to hold onto to get in the shower, that was important to us because my brother is a bit wobbly. We then sat down to speak with the owner, Daniel. Very professional and helpful. I felt they are really reasonably priced, it took my niece and I about 5 minutes to decide to place my brother in their loving and caring facility . After having spent about an hour with Daniel, I can see and feel why his facility was so highly recommended to us.

I know first hand about how these resident's are treated. They are well taken care of. Staff do their best to make sure everyone's needs are met. I have worked at several different facilities enough to know that this is truly a safe place for a family member needing care. I would recommend this facility. The staff really genuinely care about their residents. It really is like having one big family all together. If you have a loved one that is having to be placed in a facility and you happen to choose this one, you can rest assured that your loved one will be safe and cared for.

I want to say how impressed I am with Grace Manor Senior Living! My father went into assisted living/ memory care at Grace Manor 8 months ago and he has received the best and very personal care here. The facility if super clean all the time and there is such a nice community of people that live here. Last week my father and mother both received the best care here, as they both were in their last week of life. Thank you to each and every person that cared for and touched my parents' lives at Grace Manor! Our family is indebted to you for your help to our family during this difficult time.

We just move a family member into this faculty and it went really well. The staff is so nice and very helpful. It's hard to have a loved one away but we all feel fortunate to know they are well cared for by compassionate people. The few residents I met while setting up the nice 1 bedroom apartment were sweet and everyone says the food is excellent! For the money, we couldn't find anything close to this value. If you're lucky enough to find a vacancy here, I strongly recommend you take it. To Daniel and the staff - thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again.

Just moved our father in to this facility, and we had personal trouble being there in person, but executive director Daniel went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure our dad made his transition smoothly. Can't say enough about the excellent customer/resident services!

My dad moved to here in mid September 2020. At 96 he needed a little help but was adamant about staying in his Medford home. A wildland fire took that home. What was a tragedy has become a blessing thanks to Daniel, the entire staff and the facility itself at Grace Manor. My dad is happier, healthier and more engaged. The staff,(who I'd mention by name but there are so many) are kind, caring and professional. The facility is clean, well maintained and homey. My dad and our family are especially appreciative of Daniel, a good man. Dad has been a restaurant owner for decades and maintains a love of good food with a critical palate. Here's what he has to say about the food: "They do a top notch job on the food here, and you know I don't say that lightly". GM was my good friend Ray's final home. He loved the place and recommended it highly. Happy to say he is still remembered fondly there. Dad came to here at a pivotal time in his life, in an emergency. This could have gone badly. Thanks to everyone at Grace Manor he is thriving. Jeff L.

I have visited this facility several times over the last three years. I am looking for a forever/final home and this will be where I land. I am looking forward to the activities they do and the friends I will make. Their food is awesome and the staff is caring. I can't wait to get there.

I would absolutely recommend Grace Manor to anyone in need of an assisted living environment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, kind, and caring. The grounds are always well kept and beautiful. You feel like part of the family when you're here.

When my parent needed a clean, quiet, and comfortable independent living residence, Daniel and Grace Manor were there for her. I can say with much certainty, that Daniel and his staff are caring and compassionate. They always maintain a professional but welcoming atmosphere for family, friends, and most importantly, residents. It is a breath of fresh air to have a facility in town like Grace Manor. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. helpful, and seemed to know how to do their job. It's a place where you would want to have your parents or family member because, "It feels like home." I overheard a visiting professional say, " If I were going to put my dad in a Independent or Residential Living, this is the place I would choose."

It would be hard to find a better place for our family member than Grace Manor. Here are just some of the things we like about it... The staff is kind, warm, efficient, and welcoming. The director, Daniel, is so kind and accommodating that we have to keep pinching ourselves to believe that he is even real. The facilities are well kept and organized, good food, great activities that are appropriate for the residents, transportation when needed, etc. I honestly can't say enough good things about Grace Manor; a God-send for our family.

My mother was at Grace Manor for over 4 years and I am so glad we chose Grace Manor. From Daniel on down, the staff was great and did a lot of extra little things to make her life as comfortable as possible. Very affordable and as good as experience as possible considering she suffered from dementia and physical ailments.

Grace Manor is a wonderful senior living home centrally located in Eugene adjacent to Coburg Road. It is a convenient and close 5-minute walk from Grace Manor to shopping on Coburg Road, including groceries, medical facilities, drug stores, Sheldon Library Annex, LTD bus stops, numerous banks and many safe walking areas. Costco sales is only one mile north and the Ferry Street Bridge and University of Oregon area are a 5 minute drive south. Services provided by Daniel and his staff are superior and dependable, including 3 good and tasty meals daily, wireless internet and cable television and room telephones for local calls. Weekly maid service is always on time and residents' apartments are thoroughly cleaned. Grace Manor should be the first choice for seniors looking for a quality atmosphere, compassionate care, and secure living conditions at a reasonable price, especially when compared to other senior homes along Coburg Road in the Ferry Street Bridge area.

As a disabled veterans living at Grace Manor, i feel safe and secure here. We are well cared for, fed and there is always games and excerise to do. I would recommend living here. It is safe and secure. The other residents all have each others backs and the cleaning and kitchen staff are great. Daniel is a good AND caring landlord
