I have been to Provo Rehab many times. The remodel inside and out that is being done right now is a great improvement. This said, they provide very good nursing and rehab care. My grandpa was here and they did a great job. I appreciate genuine attention we received.

Super nice staff. The showed me where the room was at and it was super clean. And the physical therapists and other therapists their are super awesome, they know what the are doing and make sure to keep them active and also safe on equipment

Jayden is amazing! As soon as I got on the Third floor to see my friend he guided me where I needed to go. He said it was only his second day working here! Additionally, when maintenance was needed for my friends bed he took care of it right away and told me not to worry about it to just visit with my friend. I am so impressed with his ability to not only work with others that care for patients here on a very genuine and sincere level. He made my visit today so much easier and peaceful without worry.

How can anyone get better in any facility, when they have to give all the money they have to the facility. It's all about money, i was just in this facility All together for about 4 months. Not saying it's bad but I had to leave because I didn't have the money To stay and try to get better. I have other responsibilities outside of the nursing home. As they family comes first RIGHT?? I'm not Rich, I don't have money, so that means I will never get better, but that's okay because I have some one that needs it more and I chosen family over myself. So to My favorite Day nurse (GABI)? I couldn't say goodbye to you again Im so sorry because it would kill My heart i love you and going to miss you so much. To my favorite night nurse (Ericka) stay awesome girl i felt you with my heart you are so real not just a nurse as well as (Gabi) I love you My best girl friends. Billy, Eddie, (Karen,) i appreciate you taking one of your 10 minute break that you never took before), to talk to me and to make sure I was okay I Will never forget that. Melanie, Ally , your The best I'm just not saying that. Bradon, (chicken butt) we miss you. You made things better for us being there. Mickey (chuckles) i still love your laugh I will miss you. God there is so many many people there I can't write everyone but they should know who they know who they are. And (Manny) you are the one that made me laugh The most reminding that I'm still human and I can do anything, you never look at me like i was I'n a wheel chair. My brother was transferred from Nevada and I was concerned about his distance from family and friends. I flew in from Atlanta to check on him and got a chance to see, feel and experience the facility first hand. I think this is the best care for him compared to his previous place. He gets lots of care and attention which he really needs to feel comfortable. I am grateful.

My name is Deborah, I have spent 27 days in Provo Rehab & Nursing Facility. The Doctors, Nursing Staff and CNAs were very Professional, Courteous and Kind to me and my family. The PT and OT Therapist were extremely informative and supportive allowing my recovery to progress quickly. The Hospital Administration was accommodating allowing my stay to be less stressful. Over all I would give this Facility THE BEST RATING POSSIBLE! If I needed to stay at a facility again I would choose PROVO REHAB & NURSING.

I work with a Cardinal Caregivers and had the opportunity to meet the staff here. They were all willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were helped, and when we met with the staff they were so nice and willing to talk. Amazing staff!

I have been visiting this location on and off for years. I have seen lots of good improvements here in that time. The building is more beautiful on the inside! The staff respond timely and are kind. Therapy is top notch! I've always enjoyed the large fish tanks.

We recently had to place a patient in this skilled nursing facility on very short notice and we couldn't have been happier with the care they received. I want to Thank All the nurses that helped my brother for over 4 years. They are the heart and soul of care and understanding. I call them angels here on Earth. Jose who cleans the floors became a bright light every morning with his happy attitude. A cleaning lady who I do not know her name cleaned and took care of my brother. She is an angel as well. I highly recommend Provo Rehabilitation. The admin here cares deeply about their residents and staff. Therapy is also very intentional and focused on getting your loved ones back home. Also, call lights are answered quickly and the food is great!

There is a huge focus on constant improvement and growth at this facility - for staff and patients. Most of the CNAs here are current pre-nursing, nursing and pre-med students. They are driven to learn, energetic, caring, and really work hard. There is a lot of support from administration. I have personally seen almost every one of our administrators get up from their desk, put on scrubs, and come help out on the floor when needed. Staffing can be hard at times, but Every. Single. Care facility has that problem, not just ours. You’re going to find what you want at any facility.
