Immediately when I walked in the Leasing Office I was received with a warm welcome felt comfortable. De'Ja, Diamond, and Charlotte are very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble filling out my paperwork De'Ja and Diamond were kind enough to help me with that. The vibe is so different it feels family oriented. I highly recommend Brandywine Townhomes.

I went to this complex to apply for an apartment ( let me preface this by saying that the search has been awful) and was greeted by a calming, attractive and professional environment. I was impressed that the staff was as efficient as they were warm. Ms. Diamond explained the steps I needed to take and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was being annoying. It was refreshing after my previous experience that day with other complexes. Brandywine checked all of the boxes that I was looking for to accommodate my family. Thank you Ms. Diamond

I’ve noticed several positive changes since the property came under current management. It’s great to see improvements being made around the community, and the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She comes into my job all the time and she knew about my living situation and gave me her card and the next day I came in and did my application and gave me a tour of the homes & she made sure she worked on my application ASAP! In general the apartments are good quality for the price, however, upon moving in I found roaches painted into the cabinets and killed over 50 my first week. The previous management company nor the new one took any action to get rid of the infestation except sent the same pest control that obviously wasn’t working. Ive called, left voicemails, sent emails, and talked to the pest control and now 12 months later there’s still roaches and we had to treat all our items to move into our new place. They have taken no responsibility even with proof of the infestation before I ever moved there. I kept the place spotless and treated it myself to try and at least reduce the problem. I killed roughly 3+ a day at best which equals at least 1000+. The only positive thing I can say about them is for Ian (maintenance) once he came around he did what he could helping us plant traps and repair. Since they’ve gotten new management I’ve called, emailed, and left voicemails with no communication in return. They didn’t even do our walkthrough for move out. She said she would just check it off as done.

My wife and I lived in Apt 10-A from 1989-1991 while I was in the Navy. We loved it there. Very nice apartments. I always drive through the complex every time I get back to Goose Creek, just for the memories. The lady in the office at that time was Jeanette.

I haven’t lived here all that long but what really made me WANT to live here is the leasing lady, Katelyn! Not only does she make you feel welcomed and appreciated but she goes the extra mile. You FEEL like you’re apart of this little community and can stop by at any time for any concerns or just to say hi! There’s never been at any point that I personally have felt this comfortable anywhere but once I met Katelyn I felt at home. She’s def someone you can approach with anything! She’s down to earth and all around a great gal! You can tell she wants to make our little community the BEST community around and works to make it happen. If Katelyn ever leaves here, I will def be one to follow. I appreciate all you have done Katelyn and being a listening ear!

I am relocating to Florida and wanted to shout out Brandywine townhomes as an excellent choice to call home. Melissa and the staff are so professional and on top of things. I have been here for 4 plus years and every moment I felt safe and secure. My neighbors are great and very respectful. It was a 10 out of 10 experience for me and I recommend anyone that wants a great apartment and friendly staff to join the family at Brandywine. You won't regret it!!

My kiddos and I were residents for a year and truly enjoyed our time there! My boys made friends left and right and had a BLAST playing over at the park and the pool during the summertime! It’s quiet and accommodating. If you so choose to check them out, ask for Kaitlyn Michel. She was my GO TO no matter if she was on the clock or not!! That being said, I’d like to give her a shout out and say THANKS AGAIN, FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Brandywine has been good to me for the better part of the year. The biggest thing that separates this place from other places I’ve stayed at is the staff. Especially Katelyn who has stayed with the property through a recent change in management. You can tell that she really cares and is actively trying everyday to be a good person not just a good property manager. Every issue that I had was resolved in a timely manner and I never felt like I was getting cheated. Maintenance is always responsive and available as well. They recently renovated most of the units before I moved in and I've felt at home since I've been there.

We moved in about 4 months ago and we love it here! We have 3 children that love the park and the pool when it is in season. Also, anytime we’ve needed help Katelyn Michael has always been so genuine and helpful! She’s always there for our community and goes above and beyond for her residents. What can I say except this is a amazing place to live even though it's quaint it has everything you could ever want and need has an amazing pool there doing so many renovations upgrading so much it looks really nice it's it's really amazing to live here but the best part about all of this is the property management. the property management is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Layne Jessica and Alyssa have been the best people on this world. I have hit so many rough times with having a baby, getting put out of work, losing my job. They help me try to find one. They work with you more than any property management company I have ever known. When we couldn't pay rent they provided us with resources to pay They held off eviction for us they've worked with us time and time again when they didn't have to. I am so blessed to have found a home here at Brandywine townhomes. They asked about my daughter when she was hospitalized. They ask about my kids. They helped me get my son back. They have went above and beyond for their people because it doesn't matter about what kind of background you come from. They care because they know who you are as a person they get to know you they help you. I can't tell you how many times I've come into the office just because I needed someone to talk to and they were there. They would pause whatever they were doing to help me and they still got their work done. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody and I have. I can't thank Layne and everyone at Brandywine townhomes enough. For finally giving us a place to stay. A place we can be proud to say it's home.

Brandywine townhomes is doing a great job striving to keep their tenants happy! The pool party was great. The staff grilled and cooked all the food and did the decorations. It was good food, drinks and snowcones! Oan they are also trying to work hard to meet our needs and wants in a respectable and timely manner all within company guidelines. They did an upgrade to my apartment floor when I let them know it had water damage around the base. I appreciate them doing these things it shows me and community that they are really wanting us to live in a nice place! Thank you! TB

Moving can be challenging. However, I would like to recognize Laine Bell, who is a leasing and property specialist. Laine was welcoming, and understanding. She treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Laine explained all of the options clearly and took a great deal of time to make sure that my son and I would have the right home. Her dedication to customer service surpassed other property rentals in the area. She even skipped her lunch break in order to assist me. Without hesitation, I would recommend anyone looking to move in Goose Creek to stop by and see Laine. She exemplifies professionalism with her friendliness and willingness to help. Nice apartments. They are being updated, along with the grounds, pool, laundry, playground. They are a bit pricey, though. They offer 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms. Close to a lot of different shopping areas within walking distance.
