My grandfather was transfered there for rehab. I was impressed at how clean the facility was. The lady at the front was helpful and welcoming. The admitting RN was very patient with our family who had tons of questions. The CNAs were professional and very helpful. Patients who I observed in the hallways looked clean and well cared for. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. I recommend this facility. I've been to many skilled nursing facilities all over LA and OC and I can honestly say this was the nicest I've been to.

We have both parents here and it’s been challenging for all of us. But, the staff from the CNA’s, LVN’s, wound care team, RN’s, PT , OT, speech dept,, front assistance and admissions staff have been so wonderful caring for our parents. Elena is excellent: always professional, genuinely warm, and supportive. She brings comfort and a smile to patients and their families. The CNAs, including Jacquie, Aliah Nunez, Lizbeth, Mercy, Elena, Martha, and Antonia, have demonstrated exceptional dedication and kindness. Furthermore, the Nurses, LVNs, especially Noah, Brian, Ella, Lima, Carema and Juvee have provided invaluable support. The student trainees, housekeeping staff provided exceptional care to Jack Morey during his stay at Pavilion at Sunny Hills in Fullerton, CA. It was truly a wonderful experience. The room of Jack Morey is always spotless, thanks to the diligent efforts of Letty, Angelina and the other housekeeping staff. Jack Morey's rehabilitation team, consisting of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists, did an outstanding job in helping him regain strength. This is a beautiful facility. Everyone is personal and friendly. The receptionist is exceptional and I cannot express that enough. If I wish I remember her name now I’ve seen her two . Both times she was personable, friendly, helpful, smiling she’s amazing. She deserves a raise. The staff is helpful and kind to the patients! Sunny Hills Pavilion way surpasses any other facility like this ! From the moment that you login, you can tell a difference. It’s clean and well decorated and imodern and there’s no smell. When you go to the patient’s room, the decor is very nice and clean. Almost looks like a hotel. Staff is very friendly and nice. The only complaint and thing that could use improvement is the parking.. Was very glad that my dad was here and was comfortable, him and in the care of the staff.

First of all, I had a difficult time finding parking. I parked behind CVS. Upon entering your facility I told the front receptionist about the lack of parking. She suggested that I immediately move my car and told me where over flow parking was located. Thank you for saving me a towing fee. Thereafter, I couldn't find my relative in her room. The staff had me look in the dining hall, PT rooms, and finally out back in the patio where I found her.. Everyone was very pleasant . Thank you!

Juan The wound nurse Is wonderful in working Through my wounds From surgery He's very nice on helping me out on getting into a healing state of mind and any ones that I have he really takes care of me and he's very thorough on what he does he's an excellent nurse I appreciate the Pavilion of Sunny Hills they have been very helpful in my stay here from my surgery in my falls due to having my fall after I fractured my leg therapy is awesome and so is Pt and Ot .everybody's been wonderful here great nurses in CNAs I have not had any issues at my stay here and I've been here for almost 2 months.

I had the best care ever! I had Elena,for My C.N.A. How lucky I am, That's for 20 days in hospital!!I I have been hospitalized maybe 50x in the last 10years or more! Elena's up beat personality! This is my dad’s 2nd stay. One was back in May 2025. He shared with me how helpful and patient they are with him but also push him to do more which he likes and needs. He also said he’s very happy with the food and often give him some of his favorites. (Cottage cheese) which he loves! We are very thankful for The pavilion at Sunny Hills!

Everyone at The Pavilion took such excellent care of my Dad while he was there. They were so caring, patient, and attentive. They were excellent listeners and were always there to answer questions. I especially appreciated Alejandra and all the wonderful nurses, as well as E.J. and Mariana, the amazing social workers. I thank them for everything they did for my Dad and my family, and I strongly recommend The Pavilion to anyone who may need rehabilitation.

This was my first visit to Sunny Hills. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The corridors were clean and everything smelled nice. My sister's roommate insists on playing non-stop TV, and, even though it was turned off for a few hours at night, it was turned on again at 4am. (The only fault with Sunny Hills is that they don't control this more.) It also took them nearly 2 days to figure out her meds. (My sister has stage 4 cancer and high blood pressure. She definately needs her pain medication).

We love the staff here. Our family member have been here for over two years. She’s been well taken care of. Responsive, friendly caring staff is why we chose to stay here at the Pavillon at Sunny Hills. I visit a friend who has cerebral palsy every other Monday. The receptionists that work there have always been helpful and friendly. They have a coffee machine at the front desk that is so nice for our weekly visits. This home seems well ordered and focused on serving everyone who lives there.
