My husband has been at this facility for over 4 years. I am very pleased with the new ownership - Mosaic. They have made great strides in making improvements in the facility - not only with the aesthetic appearance but have also worked hard to improve and increase their staff. There are always bumps along the way, but I feel confident they will continue to make this a good home for my husband.

Mosaic Gardens Memory Care, we are delighted. The employees are patient, kind, and helpful. Overall, the menu selections have been great, with many daytime activities keeping everyone together and not feeling alone or isolated unless they choose to be. The rooms are private and spacious. Mosaic Gardens building was newly remodeled in 2023; reach out and ask Ron Waldo for a tour. I know you will not be disappointed.

This may be a long review, but please read through. My mother has been declining with dementia for some time and we knew it was that time. I spent about 3 months looking at diffrent group homes, memory care, and assisted living facilities. Mosiac gardens was hands down the place for my mom. I come from a large Italian family and the care and kindness from the staff was beyond exceptional. It is clean, pretty, updated and remodeled. They keep residents busy with activities, parties, and are well feed. The staff keep family members very involved in the activities and programs they do for the residents. My mother who is 81 was extremely apprehensive and did not want to go, once she was there she has absolutely loved it and is the happiest I have seen her in years. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Ryan, Kari, Ron, Tera, Chris, Justin, Sonia, Gabby, Penny and all of the Med techs and Caregivers that do such a terrific job during a hard time in our lives. They truly care for the residents and it shows. If you are in this postion with a loved one, this is the place for them. On another note. There are some negative reviews on google and these are from the prior company. Mosiac gardens was bought out and has a completely diffrent ownership and staff.

Mom has been very active and happy since she moved to Mosiac Gardens at Scottsdale. She has adjusted well to the move especially due to the staff and their efforts to help the residents to be more engaged in socializing, talking and sharing space at the dining tables and participating in the activities of the day. Moms loves getting her hair and nails done every other week or as needed. I have seen many of the Memory care centers around Scottsdale in the past 10-12 years with my dad first then Mom. Her last residence did not engage the residence and Mom would just sit in her room all day until I would go see her and take her for a walk. She had lost a lot of words and what they meant, didn't remember my childrens names at the previous center. She now sings to songs she remembers that are played , occasionally remembers some family names with the words again being repeated by myself and staff and the placing of names on pictures. I love this center and their way of engaging the residents too. You will not find another Memory care as engaging with the residents as Mosiac Gardens of Scottsdale. Love,love love this community especially for mom's journey with this memory thing. I am finally breathing a little easier lately knowing she is being taken care of. Sincerely Susan

We visited Mosaic this morning and were blown away by the friendliness of their staff and cleanliness of their community. They have made significant improvements to the building it self and it's gorgeous. After talking with the directors and staff it's clear they treat their people well and run a great community. Definitely recommend.

My husband has been at this facility for over a year. The new ownership/management team has been outstanding. They meet with the families monthly to hear our thoughts and opinions and keep us updated on what is happening with our family members. The caregivers are compassionate and caring.

I am so pleased with the care mom is getting at SMC. She has room to wander safely and everyone knows here. She has been there almost a year now and she is content and happy. Makes my life a lot easier and I can sleep at night. Thank God for these people.
