My mother recently moved in and I absolutely love it! The staff is sweet and kind. Everybody always looks so happy - the residents and staff. There are so many daily activities , my mom is always busy. The grounds are beautiful and it's a lovely place to visit. We really couldn't be happier.

Dad recently moved into Cogir at The Narrows, and it's been a positive change for our family. The community feels like a cozy neighborhood with friendly people and beautiful gardens. Dad's apartment is nice and comfortable, and he seems happy there. The staff is really nice and helpful too. It's a relief knowing Dad is in a place where he's taken care of and can still have fun.

I thought the ambiance at Cogir at the Narrows Senior Living was great when I visited yesterday during their "Summer of Love" Concert. There was a lot of energy there, more so than in other communities. They had a lot of different activities, and it seemed like the seniors participated in them, which is not the case everywhere. The rooms looked nicely laid out. They had a lot of really great amenities. When my grandmother is ready to move in, I think this is where she would like to go. It's a perfect independent living facility, and they do have some assisted living available for folks who want to move into it. The tour staff is very sweet and helpful.

Just attended the Christmas party last night... amazing. I wish I had gotten more pictures, but to be honest, the place was so packed that it was just wild! It is so great to see so many people come out and support their elderly parents/grandparents and friends! The food was amazing, the decor was adorable, the staff were all dressed up and, as per usual, over the top friendly. I truly couldn't ask for a better place for my dad to be living. Trust me, I was not happy when he forst moved here... and now I rarely even go over there because my dad is just so busy living his life doing wjat he does there... it's a good feeling to know my dad is being well.taken care of. I would 10/10 recommend Cogir at the Narrows run by Angela. She and the staff are AMAZING! Terry, Tressa, Jayden, Deedra, Temika, and anyone else I forgot... all exceptional people. Can't wait for the next big holiday shin dig! The only reason I won't give 5 stars is bc of course a 5 would only be if my dad lived with me 🙂 Great care at no cost! December 2023 My dad has been here since 2021 living on both AL and independent side. Highly recommend Cogir. The care team here is phenomenal, the cost is honestly comparable if not more affordable for the level of cleanliness, friendliness, and peace of mind (and trust me I looked everywhere!), the resident and staff turnaround doesn't seem to be often... I just really feel good about about my dad staying here. They offer many activities daily along with weekly outings and seasonal festivities. From day 1 every staff member has remembered mine and my dads name. If you need PT/OT they offer in house care which is a plus. They are equipped to handle anything your loved one might need and transition to. The only reason I won't give Cogir 5 stars is because that would only be if my dad lived with me 🙂 Dec 2022

my mom Jean has lived here for 2 years and although the transition to Cogir was tough, I don't think it was Cogir's fault. They have really worked hard to keep the resident's experience coherent and they have improved quite a few things. There is still some work to do with communications between the staff (who are lovely caring people, real angels) through management to family. I'm confident we'll get there, though. Mom has had to go to the ER multiple times and they have done an exemplary job getting her there and managing her return when I was not able to. I recommend you consider them for your precious parents.
