The Springs of Lima is an excellent nursing facility and assisted living/memory care facility providing excellent service to residents and their families. Trilogy Health Services has wonderful service standards to ensure quality care! The staff truly care about the residents and work as a team. No facility is perfect, but the team truly cares about making improvements to ensure consistent quality care!

I love working for Trilogy (The Springs of Lima). They thrive to make the lives of the residents peaceful and enjoyable. We're very caring and want the best for our residents. Also here the help with what the family might need help and encouragement. For the employees I think Trilogy goes above what most company's do. I am amazed at what Trilogy has done for the residents, community and employees and continues to do and it just keeps getting better and better.

We have an aunt as a resident. At first The Springs was well managed, and her care was good. We are very concerned about the huge turnaround in upper management and in staff recently. One excellent nurse in particular has left The Springs. This should be investigated at the corporate level. There are many fine employees there who deserve to be treated as such. We are keeping a close eye on our aunt during this troubling transition. Thank you.
