The facility is inviting and staff from caregivers to housekeeping treat residents and families with respect and compassion. Having an aging parent with health issues is very stressful and it is important to visit as often as you can, but my experience of being contacted by staff of any concerns or new health issues is excellent. The Springs residents, family members and staff have become a new extended family and support group.

My mother is receiving excellent care. They take pride in making the residents feel like they matter and are comfortable. The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know the residents and their families. The facility is always clean and welcoming. With experience at other facilities, I can say this is as good as it gets. Our experience at The Springs of Mooresville has been truly wonderful!

My husband had a double Knee replacement and went to the springs for two weeks of rehab. His care was exceptional, they were so kind Not only to him but also to me. His physical therapy was incredible. He would not have been doing as well as he he did if had not gone there. He even did his out patient therapy there. The staff was wonderful.
