Just want to extend a huge kudo to Jen and her son who together, run Jens Snack shop on the first floor. My brother-in-law was a resident for a few months and having this place to take him for lunches was really a Godsend. The food was always great and they always treated the residents with care and respect. A lot of folks don't realize the snack shop is open to the general public so if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite, we'd highly recommend them.

A wonderful 'perk' of Premier is right on the first floor of Premier, and that's Jen's Snack Shop. Jen and her son could not be any more polite to the residents and their family members. And the food is delicious! We always tried to visit at lunchtime; besides visiting our loved one, it was a definite highlight to our day. Thank you for your years of service and keep up the good work!

I wasn't gonna do this.. I'm not the person to really bash a place I worked for.. but this by far was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. If you apply for anything below the nursing positions (Rn , Lpn or a Cna) , I highly suggest making sure you know all of the facts BEFORE applying. I was asked if I'd be willing to help in the kitchen. Because of the kitchen being short staffed a good majority of my time there. I was only there for barely 2 weeks before I walked out. (I will warn anyone and everyone if I can). Also don't be surprised if you don't get trained. Housekeeping I know isn't difficult. However every facility is different but they don't care. They'll throw you to the wolves and expect you to know it all within your first or second day. Even if you have the tiniest amount of experience. You'll more than likely won't get trained on your first day. (They'll make excuses as to why they didn't train you) I had to literally ask all the employees I was working with to help me because I kept getting excuses and made up promises of being trained. The boss's you'll have aren't necessarily terrible but they have very much a big lack of respect for you and anyone else. When I found out about the job initially it was found on indeed for a whole different hourly pay rate than what they actually start you off of. I love taking care of residents in any way.. However to me housekeeping should never ever come into contact with food. Unless you go home and change your clothing then maybe. Think before you apply here as far as housekeeping goes.

Omg! I had the opportunity to stop in at the Snack Shop and Premier Washington Health Center. The pulled pork sandwich combo was excellent! Kudos out to Jennifer and the staff for the food and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Laundry does not get put back in my uncle's room on a timely manner if at all things get lost. His room is not cleaned regularly. Not even the bathroom. It's more than a week before he gets a shower on a regular basis. I have called and complained about these things. I have tried to call and talk to social services. They do not return my call. I have tried to talk to other people. They say that they'll get back to me they do not. They have been working on getting him a different cpap by Pap machine for 2 years now. Have not done it. And to edit. Talk to assistant director right after I wrote this and he said all this would be taken care of and I'd be getting phone calls right after this and I didn't get one phone call email or any. Of the. Above fixed.

This review is only for Jens snack shop located inside this establishment : Jens snack shop is the best part of the Washington health center! Food is delicious and fresh and sooooo cheap! I would eat here everyday if I could. Jen and her staff are so friendly every time we visit. Can't wait to come back soon!

Jen's snack shop in Premier should get 10 stars! The food is all home made and delicious. They are great with the patients and it's truly a delight to take your loved one to enjoy a meal together! If you get a chance stop down. You won't be disappointed.

Sausage egg and cheese sandwich with tomato and mayo, a side of French fries, 2 coffees and a cinnamon bun. Pap and I are spoiled with a great breakfast. The snack shop is conveniently located at premier nursing home.

I have had the opportunity to work side by side with a lot of nurses. And to be honest I can count on 1 hand how many phenomenal, dynamic, and brutality honest, nurses there are. My 11-7 shift supervisor cindy is number 1 we as ppl would love to have it all and if I could she would be my supervisor 7 days a week instead of 5. Which makes me even more grateful to GOD to have her as my supervisor! With LOVE 3S CREW!!!!

This rating is for Jen's Snack Shop at the Premier Washington facility. All of the food is outstanding! Chicken wings, hamburgers, tacos; she has it all. Prices are great and Jen's service is the best!! She was about ready to close up shop one afternoon and I needed to order some Chicken Fingers for my mom. She fired the fryer back up to make them!!! I was so grateful. Many of her customers need a little help and she happily accommodates even when she is extremely busy. There are always people waiting for her to open in the morning and rushing to get in before she closes!! Great job Jen and staff! Residents and visitors greatly appreciate all you do!!

Even though I have heard bad remarks about Premier, they have been wonderful with my Mom who has Alzheimer's. It was very stressful putting my Mom in a home but every staff member except one has been wonderful. The one I won't say her name but she ignored me at the desk until I said something. It felt like I was bothering her and I only had a question. But overall making a decision to put a loved one in a nursing home is one of the most overwhelming, stressful decisions you have to make and Premier has been very helpful with the situation. Thank you!

Everywhere was very very kind and sociable almost everyone I ran into said hello or how are you doing. The atmosphere was great all decorated in Christmas. I felt very welcome there.

My mother has to spend a short rehab visit at Premier. The room was clean, the staff has been great, and she likes the food, so far. And she is picky. No clock in the room. A big clock on the wall, however, would be a big plus for someone who doesn't see very well, so they can see it from their bed. EDIT: after a week in here, the food and coffee were always cold, and late several times. Plus, she had the same dirty washcloth 2 days to use to clean up. And no towel. A bit disappointed with that.
