It would be nice if their philosophy was 10% of what they offered. Once again after 2 weeks, I am still calling mgmt. When a staff says there are going to see pt in person x4 times. They are still not giving her the right meds at right time. I am thourouly disgusted. I think Monday she is going to ask to go home. Techs sit in hallway talking on cell phone. I have just about had enough. She has broken index finger and right fist. She has to beg to be pushed to camera. I an an RN since 1992 as a nurse manager or nursing. Don't promise what you can or can't do.

My brother who suffers from dementia and was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer has been a resident at this facility for the past 3 1/2 years, as the history of nursing homes is for the most part a total nightmare to families of love ones at these facilities, I must say that NOT here!! He has gotten the best care that anyone could possibly ask for their love ones! The staff (all of them) have cared for him as though he was one of their own. It has always been so reassuring to see how they interact with him and care about his wellbeing. I am so grateful to have had such a supportive experience. One always hears about the bad things that happen at NURSING HOMES, well, if I should ever need nursing care this is where I want to go. Wonderful, awesome, incredible community of health care professionals. Know that I am so grateful for your service and will be forever indebted to you.

I'm not sure what's up with the bad reviews but my Mother has been here for 2 weeks after having multiple strokes and everyone at Park Manor has been great! She is very picky and even she tells me all the time how good they take care of her even when me or other family members aren't there. So far I have nothing negative to say about Park Manor.

Very short staff, the food is not healthy, they could do a better job cleaning the nurse and cna are good just over worked and most likely under payed shame could do better.

The staff are all so helpful. The facility is clean & feels safe. I was very pleased with my experience there. And grateful my mom is in good hands at Park Man

Facility and personnel were great. I can see a huge difference in my sister-in-law and that the physical therapy is going well. She speaks highly of the nurses and the service she is receiving.

I have been a nurse for a very long time. I have to say this is the most detailed and complete orientation I've ever had. Every question was answered or addressed before you could ask it. If working here is going to be comparable to that, then I am in for a very pleasant journey. I am looking forward to working there.
