I absolutely love this community. The staff is over the top friendly, heck I bet if I ask, they'd even bake me a cake for my birthday! It has all the comforts of home but I can relax like I'm living in a luxury hotel or a resort. I don't even have to cook if I don't want to. I stay busy all the time but out of all the amenities they offer, the pool is my favorite place to hang out with a good book.

The Office Staff are all kind & helpful. The Maintenance Staff are helpful & efficient with their repairs & work done. They are pet friendly & Toby loves it here. There are activities daily, exercise 3 times a week, & many more. Jimmy & I enjoy life at Arella Forest at Woodlands.

I have lived her for a little more than 11 months. I am disappointed in the service as well as the management. A hot tub is very important to me because of Neuropathy caused by agent orange, several area's of my body is helped greatly by a hot tub. I was told by the manager and one of the sales reps that the were waiting for parts to come in, probably be a week or two. Other residence said they have been saying this for 4 years. Of course I had already moved in when I found this out. I was lied to. They started a much needed dog park, 3 months later still no fence around it. The only reason I am considering renewing my lease (if they fix the hot tub) is the residence population. I have met some wonderful people who I would really miss. Well deserved 5 stars in my opinion. I moved my Father from Missouri a couple of months ago and we were lucky enough to get him an Amazing one bedroom apartment. Management was Wonderful and Robert was the Best! Robert and Ray went above and beyond with helping me get my Dad settled and were both very kind and extremely helpful. So happy I found this community for my mother......she moved in at the end of November and even with the Thanksgiving holiday her move in was absolutely stress free. About 90% of the paperwork was done on line and the management is amazing......Scott is the most people friendly person I have met in a while and is always so helpful and ready to answer any question with a smile. My mother has since met several other tenants who are very nice and has nothing but great things to say about management and maintenance.

I would like to share my thoughts and observation of Arella Forest and staff. July 2021 will be twelve years that I have lived at Arella. There have been ups and downs over this period. The previous three years was a frustrating nightmare because of uncaring and incompetent staff. Coming forward to the current changes and staff has been one hundred and eighty degrees for the good. There is a friendly and caring attitude of all current staff. Our current regional manager, Robbie shows a "go to attitude" and concern about the upkeep of the property. The rest of the staff I can't say enough kind words to describe their awesome attitude. Shana and Robert are a true asset to your company. They are very professional but also caring about the residents. Juan and Anna are unbelievably dedicated employees. I don't see how they manage to do what they do without more help. I hope this is recognized by corporate and can work with them as much as possible. I would not like to see them move on to other locations. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments and I pray they continue on here.

My grandmother just moved in. We love her new apartment, it is beautiful and spacious. She has a huge balcony to enjoy morning coffee or just to enjoy the fresh air. The staff here was amazing. Love living here but there is false advertisements. They took the coffee bar out, the tennis court doesn't have a net so you can't play. They don't have half the amenities that they used to no yoga, I've never heard anything about Zumba. The office ladies are nice and the maintenance is good but the office ladies seem stand offish at times

I have been here 5 years. Have made a lot of friends. The staff is very nice and helpful. After Covid hit all our activities were shut down but that was for our protection. They are slowly coming back . I will be so glad when we get our Friday night social back with the live music and the dancing. I think that is what I miss most.

The place is basically nice, I lived there 2011 until 2012 they agreed to let me move because my Mom needed care in Willis,TX and I worked in Huntsville,TX. I received a collection letter years later what the hell. One note don't drop your Alzheimer's/Dementia parents off I mean rent a place and leave them its very sad I've seen it there.

What do we look for in an apartment complex? Pricing, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, fast response to maintenance requests, square footage that meets your needs. Arella scores 5 in all categories. If you look at some other apartment reviews you will usually see some complaints about maintenance requests taking a long time to be completed. Not so at Arella. I have been here for two years and I haven't had to wait more than an hour for a response. Whether you live in a house or an apartment, there are always going to be things that need to be fixed. Serious problems like heating or AC problems are fixed within a few hours, even after business hours and on weekends. Response time to maintenance requests is a big part of what will make you happy over time, living in an apartment complex. We did once have a problem with the AC on a Saturday night and the maintenance man Juan was here in two hours and fixed the problem. Juan is the best and it amazes me how he is so knowledgeable about plumbing, electric, and heating and air conditioning. There has never been a time when I had to call them a second time for a maintenance problem. I know I can depend on Juan to fix the problem quickly. The next thing that you want to consider when looking for an apartment is a friendly staff. The Property Manager Paula and Assistant Manager Erin are friendly, caring and responsive and they always make me feel welcome when I walk into the office. The staff was very helpful when we moved here from Florida. They took all the stress out of the move and were always accessible to answer questions. About the complex: the common areas are immaculate, the large beautiful swimming pool is screened in to keep the bugs out. The common area consists of a large beautiful dining area for special events and all the activities. There are too many activities to list here but here are a few: water aerobics, bingo, dominoes, Wii bowling, social poker, zumba, crafts, Friday night entertainment and social gathering. There is a fitness center, a game room with a pool table and a free coffee bar. If you compare the square footage here at Arella to similarly priced complexes you will find that apartments at Arella are generally bigger and more open that other apartment complexes. The soundproofing between floors and adjoining apartments is the best there is. It's almost like living in a house. You don't hear a sound from any of your neighbors. The location of Arella is also a big plus; just far enough away from I-45 so that you can't hear it, but it only takes a few minutes to get there if you have to go north or south. From Arella, it takes about ten minutes to get to any of the major hospitals and medical facilities off I-45. All in all, we love living here at Arella and hope to stay here indefinitely.
