My wife and I have been here since February 28th of 2023. It is a place for older adults with a flare towards the good Christian life. It is wonderful. The people that work with you are the best, and the grounds, although some is under construction what isn't is beautiful.

This building has made some really great improvements. The new management has really showed compassion. My family member just went there for a 2nd time and I can see and feel a huge difference. Jamie, the new DON was so personable and willing to help me understand what was happening. Thank you Carpenters! If we or any of our friends need to find a place for our family members, you will be first pick!

The Estates at Carpenters is a well organized Christian facility where individuals are treated respectfully. I have visited four facilities and this is by far the best. My weak heart husband age 80 passed out from dangerously low blood pressure on Friday. Thanks to the head nurse on duty who called the ambulance and he is now at the best hospital in the area.Very very thankful for the Estates at Carpenters especially since our family lives long distances away.

Very disappointed. My grandmother was transferred to the rehab side last week. Now I am being told there is no way to talk to her on the phone. That is not care for a loved one with family out of state. I will not recommend this facility and advise people to read the reviews before making a decision.

Having lived here since 2018, I can say that it's a great place to live with lots of activities, a wonderful, very friendly staff and good food. My husband had a stroke after we moved here and spent time in the Manor. The staff, including those in the rehab area, were extremely caring and helpful. Our decision to move here was definitely the right one.

The Estates has beautiful independent living apartments that can be customized to individual needs. The activities and amenities are great... they keep residents truly engaged in the community life. Being in the medical field myself, I understand that no healthcare establishment is perfect, but I am pleased with the service and treatment that my father received here for almost a year before he passed away. The staff ended up exceeding my expectations in the care my father received, and this included everyone from the nursing staff, nursing administration, social workers, housekeepers, business office and non nursing staff. I managed all of my fathers care here at the Manor from across the country in another state. I was always phoned when need be and was able to resolve issues easily by phone and email. Some of the nurses and staff shared heartwarming memories with me after his passing and I will forever be grateful for each and everyone of them.
