My dad was a resident with memory issues and the staff, from the beginning, treated him as if they had known him for a very long time. They took special pride in making sure he was dressed for game day every Saturday morning as they knew he was a die hard Dawg fan! The caring staff truly took to heart what brought joy to his life and he and our family were treated so well by everyone.

Had a tour today with my mom and got to meet Rhannon, who was incredibly kind and introduced us to several residents and staff and gave us a tour of their beautiful community. My mom loved the group arts and crafts activity that was going on during our tour and couldn't resist jumping in and already seemed to be making friends. Thank you Prema for the great introduction and in helping me and my mom settle our nerves with this big decision. We hope to be joining your family soon!

Thank to all of the staff at the Oaks of Ashton Hills. My Mom was given the best care, everyone was like family. It is a wonderful place. There was always some type of fun activity or entertainment that engaged the residents! I knew she was well taken care of and that all of the staff cared about her.

The memory care unit is one of the hardest facilities I worked transfer from wheelchair to dinning room chair to eat then transfer from wheelchair to couch so they can watch TV. big joke the Dinning room chair and couch is not built to protect anyone and their disabled body the wheelchair is safer for them. Overall it not a bad facility to work but the lady pam Bully the workers to do 5 plus transfer on each disabled residents unnecessary. Someone going to hurt there back and sue this plac

After comparing it to other facilities in the area, the staff at Oaks at Ashton Hills is far and beyond the best around. From the Executive Director and Wellness Directors, to the clean facility and the beautiful community, they made us feel like family. I can not recommend them enough!

We moved my grandmother here in February 2020, just before Covid became a threat. She stayed here for two months before her death in April, and she really enjoyed it. The staff are attentive, caring, and understanding, and even allowed me to FaceTime with her on a couple of occasions given that with Covid precautions in place at the time, I couldn't go see her in person, and I'm glad I was able to maintain contact with her, even during a global health crisis. Thank you, Oaks at Ashton Hills, for taking care of my grandma during her final months on Earth.

My daughter has worked at this facility since its opening and I have been extremely pleased with the facility. The building and grounds are beautiful and remind me of a resort. They are truly family oriented and care for the residents like they are members of their own family. I would not hesitate to recommend The Oaks or place a family member there if needed.

I've worked in senior living for 30 years in several different positions. We never think about senior living when it comes to our own loved ones, but that changed about 6 months ago. My father-in-law fell and broke his shoulder. He was in the hospital for 9 days. He has lived with us for the last 8 years. We had switched him to Medicare Advantage several years ago and they denied skilled nursing rehab for him. We will never recommend Medicare Advantage to anyone. Always keep traditional Medicare. But we were faced with decisions we had to make. We knew we couldn't bring him home because he's total care and we wouldn't be able to do it. I'm still in senior living and have been with my company for 20 years, but there isn't one close to us and we are his caregivers. We needed something close to home. So we had to look for a senior living community that would be able to move him in quick, take care of him like we would, and get rehab. A friend referred us to Oaks at Ashton Hills. And they have been amazing!!!! The socialization alone has been amazing for him. But he loves his care managers. He calls them his girls. They take amazing care of him. He participates in activities and of course loves meal times. That's his favorite part of the day. I've talked to families in the past about moving into senior living as well as helped friends, but it's different when it comes to your own family. Oaks at Ashton Hills made it a great process. They communicate well and are on top of his needs. I'm very picky being in the business for so many years and they have been amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Go check them out! I promise you won't be disappointed!

The Oaks at Ashton Hills is beautiful and very inviting. The entire staff is welcoming, supportive, and eager to help the residents. As a family member, I appreciate how they actively include family in social functions. A great place for everyone to feel part of a community.

My father moved into the Oaks at Ashton Hills, after not getting the care I thought he needed at another facility. The staff at OAH is awesome! They really care about the mental and physical health of my father. Never having a parent that was diagnosed with Dementia, this was a whole new experience for me. Their Wellness Director has been there for me through out all the changes in his behavior, to help me understand what is going on. The staff calls me with up dates when needed. The facility has everything from a movie theater, beauty salon, arts and crafts and physical therapy on site. Oaks at Ashton Hills has been a life saver for me and my father as we navigate the ups and downs of Dementia.

Our family and our loved one loves the Oaks. The staff and residents are amazing! The facility is new and has the look and feel of a ski lodge! The Oaks offers excellent extracurricular activities keeping the residents busy and entertained. The on staff Chef delights the residents tummies 3 times a day and families our encouraged to partake as often as they desire. I highly recommend this senior living community!

Since moving our mother to The Oaks at Ashton Hills memory care unit, we have been very happy with her care and the facility. It is a brand new and state of the art facility but we are treated like family. There are so many activities designed to keep her active and involved, always something fun going on. And families are invited, engaged and supported as well. The staff members are friendly, caring and do a great job of meeting the needs of the dementia patients, who are all so different with different needs. I finally feel comfortable leaving Mom because I know she is happy and being well taken care of!

We transferred my Aunt to this facility shortly after they opened and in October. We were so impressed the day of arrival to find the residents gathered around playing ball with noodles. We have been so grateful that they keep her busy which prevents her from staying in her room with her thoughts and depression. The care staff have been wonderful. Their approach to care is truly amazing. We have been very pleased with everything this facility has to offer their residents and families.
