My wife and I have lived in the villas for 8 years. Based on all our experience, we have no intentions to move. The overall culture of Creasy makes this a satisfactory place for us. to live.

My mom had a stroke in March of 2025 and as a result now resides in the skilled nursing unit of Creasy Springs. I couldn't be happier with the care my mom receives there. The staff doesn't just do their jobs; they truly know my mom. They address her by name and always take the time to listen, which has made the transition so much easier. It feels less like a facility and more like a community where dignity is the priority. The medical team and nursing staff at Creasy Springs are top-notch. Communication with me has been proactive and transparent”I always am updated immediately on any changes in medication or health status. The facility is also consistently clean and uplifting. Residents are encouraged to participate in live music events, various groups of cards, puzzles, and games, and trivia competitions. The dining hall serves hot, nutritious meals that my mom actually enjoys. I highly recommend Creasy Springs for anyone seeking peace of mind concerning adult care.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of none is because Brandon(executive director) was so very nice and fixed a couple very concerning issues. My mother has alztymers and dementia, she is also totally incontinent, has hypertension and has a lot of hip and back pain. I have been her only caregiver since 2012, on 01/23 she sufferd what the doctor said was a "small stroke" after a few days in the hospital Franciscan said she needed rehab to learn how to chew and swallow her food again. She also need intense physical therapy and speech therapy. They referred creasy springs across the street. OH GOD,I wish I would have read all these bad reviews before putting my mother there! Most of the bad reviews has and still are happening with my mom;e.g,getting 4 phone calls in one day saying my mother's last day was yesterday! The buisness lady that called was so mean and uncaring stating that my mom was self pay now; most importantly she had only been there 20days! Medicare covers up to 60-100 days. They were suppose to explain all this and have it posted throughout the building. I didn't get any of these phone calls until I had voiced my concerns/complaints. I went to visit my mother 2 days after she was admitted into creasy springs(Lafayette).I was shocked to find my mother still in bed at 9:45am trying to eat her breakfast with a STAW,she also had a soiled nighty and diaper ’© on which you could smell in the hall. The worst part is her food was about gone so no one came to check on her or cared enough to unroll her silverware that was on her tray. I also noticed she had been in that room for 2 days with no tv.After showering her and getting her dressed it was time for lunch so I got her walker and helped her to the dinning hall. On the way the nurses looked shocked and said they have never seen her walk! I also stopped at the nurses station to let them know that there was pooh that I couldn't clean up because there wasn't any cleaning supplies in tje bathroom,(toilet seat and shower seat.I also had to go get towels and wash rags cause there wasn't any in her room. i also realized 2 of the 3 of her nighties I had dropped of at the hospital were still clean so she had been sleeping in the same soiled nighty. I then noticed she had no dirty laundry but some of her clothes were missing so I asked the nurse who then took me to the laundry room. I explained that I told the staff on her first day that i was doing her laundry cause I didn't want them tagged,We finally found her cloths with no tags? I took mom back to her room around 3:30 pm and saw that the sioled pooh bathroom still hadn't been cleaned! Went out to find a nurse but not one in sight, thats when I drove home and called to speak with someone in charge.

I came here recently from Digby Place. My daughter brought me here without asking me if I wanted to leave Digby Place. After being here for a very short time I am finding out that Digby Place was a much better place to stay. I was happy at Digby but here I am beginning to hate it. The building is nice but the staff that helps the residences is not so great. I like many others have to take medications for one reason or another. I take statins and baby aspirin only. Statins are for the heart care. Well there is a lady that comes to my room each night and brings them to me. I have been on statins for years and do not need nor want anyone to babysit me and give my meds to me. I told this woman that and she ignores what I said to her. I told her to give me the botte of meds I have and to let me take my own at the times I need them. So far she has not done it in two nights. Tomorrow I will be talking to the management of this place and let them know that I already gave them bad review and that I think they need to train their staff to treat the residences better. I am 73 years old, a vet and have ived alone most of my life in my home that I left for this place. My daughter brought me to this place and at first I liked it but after seeing how they treat residences I had to correct my prior review. I have a feeling that they will see this review and delete it before anyone sees it. Anyway, buyer beware of putting you family member or yourself in this place. I have walked the halls all over this building a lot since being here. One ward had people laying on gurnies and beds with dirty diapers or pants on. The smell is horrible as you walk thru the ward. I cannot complain to much about the food but it is not home cooked food like what I made for myself. It is edible but not the best food I had in my life. Being ex military I have been in many places and tasted many foods and I know what good food it. This place is not close to being excellent food. My first few days of eating theirs had my stomack hurting a little. I thought it would get better but so far it still bothers me quite a bit. I also found that my laundry basket that was in a closet is missing. I know I had it here and never took it out of the closet so it seems someone came in and took it. Maybe someone took it to wash my clothing but I have no idea when laundry day is. Living in here has not been a great experience but is that the owner fault or the employees fault. Go to Digby Place if you want a better place for your loved ones. What is strange is that I have a friend who is a recluse but she says she loves it here at Creasy Springs, However there is more than one Creasy Springs in this area. Update to my review. Tonight a young lady came to my room with my meds again and gave them to me. I ask about keeping them after I took the meds and she said she was taking them back to where they store them. Again, I am not happy with the way I am being treated. So I am ready to lower this review to a one star only. I do not know where they get the idea they need to dispense medications to older adults. It's not like we are not responsible. So I will go back to the way I had done previously and they came shove the meds where the sun don't shine and if I die of a heart attack they will have to explain that to the court system since they did not leave the meds with me. I know when to take my meds and how much so they need to stop doing like they are doing. I also know my daughter will take them to court if I die of a heart attack while under their care. Again, beware of this senior home. Treating a senior like a unresponsible adult is not the way to treat anyone.

There is no place better! My Dad was here for 5 yrs at the Legacy of Creasy Springs( memory care). He was given care above and beyond, we were welcomed every time we came to visit. The staff are respectful and caring. They have daily activities for residents and many family activities. The building is clean, the food tasty, staff excellent. Debi is a wonderful director- communication excellent. When we were unable to care for my Dad it was devastating, Creasy Springs gave our family a peace of mind- such a blessing.

My husband went there for 3 wks after hip replacement and did fine so after he had to have a different surgery we chose to go there for short term rehab. They kept carrying him around in those lifts and his therapy was pathetic. During his TWO MONTHS there he was sent to the ER 4 times. The last time I visited him there he was stoned out of his mind and showing signs of tardive dyskinesia. I finally got him transferred to the Indy VA hospital where they have worked at getting him back to where he was when he first entered Creasy. He lost ground terribly during that 2 months. I felt like I was fighting just to get him discharged. For people who just need a clean place with care it might be ok. But I would never recommend it now. The VA has had excellent help. He has had to go thru more than anyone should. His blood sugar was high and that is fine now. He shows no sign of tardive dyskinesia now from medications and he is working hard with therapy to walk better. I would not want to send anyone there now.

I feel like I'm living in a bubble it was to help me to put her in there. Her pacemaker monitor was not hooked up learned that from the pace maker doctor 3 weeks later. Then we have the nebulizer which she's had for years. Didn't give her treatment since April. Suppose to be 2x day. Now Monday I take all her new vitamins in on Monday in original shipping package unopened. Today get a call from my mom who suffers from early stage Alzheimer's that she out of vitamins. I just don't understand!
