St Mary's is a vibrant senior living facility with an incredible staff. They know all of the residents by name and attend to their every need. The food is outstanding and they have activities galore... something for everyone! They are welcoming to the families and friends of the residents and invite them to any and all of the activities. My mother has been there for almost a year now and we are so happy that we chose St Mary's Woods for her new home.

St. Marys Woods is an excellent place to enjoy the MANY activities for seniors and the long term staff is top notch (detail oriented). I (Howard Campbell) have been involved with St. Marys Woods residents for about three years and I would recommend it to anyone looking for high quality of living, compassion and companionship.

I've seen how the middle class retires. It took me 40 years just to rise to lower middle class. This is a great place, with lots of great service, and if I'd had a normal life, I could afford it and would be very happy to be here, to hang out with people with whom I shared similar experiences (movies, recent history, TV, school, etc.) I was very happy to have been able to attend the AARP in-person driver safety course. It was so much better than trying to stay awake and focused while watching a bunch of rather good videos.

The SMW administration and staff overall are truly caring. Any concerns or issues receive response to resolve in a very timely fashion. Residents safety is of utmost importance to them. The daily onsite and planned offsite activities are varied and always enjoyable. The residents are friendly, and the bridge playing group has been wonderful! Meals are planned well for variety and overall taste. The staff considers any holiday a way to cater to residents for extra fun!

St. Mary's Woods has been my home now for over a year. and I have grown to love it for all the actiities, from bridge games to cognition ignition ( wonderful brain teasers ). We have had very pleasing trips on our van to the historic Saint John's Church and to Yorktown. St. Mary's provides us with varied concerts and very meaningful spiritual activities. My apartment is small but very comfortable. My neighbors are all concerned about each other and delighted to be doing things together.

I was a vendor at the Christmas Bazaar on November 30. Rhonda and Ashley went above and beyond to pitch in and help every vendor that needed help with anything that they needed. The facility is beautifully decorated for the upcoming holidays. Such a welcoming atmosphere by staff and decor. Met lots of residents and some expressed to me in conversation that they love the community, the staff and all of the activities that are offered there. Great job to all of you that make this happen for them!!

My mother has been a resident since early 2023, and it has been a lovely experience. The activities planned for the residents are abundant compared to other retirement and senior living communities that we visited, and they have several opportunities where families can enjoy events with the residents--which makes it nice for both! The staff has experience, the food is good, and everyone has been helpful and friendly. Great community!

I have been here a little over five years, and have enjoyed them all. It's a cozy atmosphere where we are made to feel at home and welcome. The staff are caring and supportive, the activities are numerous, and the special trips always enjoyable. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

My mother has lived here for many years. The entire staff is kind and caring to both her and her family. The common areas are welcoming and tastefully decorated, and the meals are delicious. There are dozens of activities every week- some practical (shopping), some spiritual (mass, Bible study), some healthy (fitness classes), and some just plain fun (local trips and therapy dog visits). Most important to me, staff check on her throughout the day, giving me peace of mind.

If you are looking for a community that treats your loved ones like family - stop your search! St. Mary's Woods truly cares for the residents who live there. It gives me such peace of mind to know my parents are so well taken care of. A majority of the staff have worked at St. Mary's Woods for several years. That dedication shows in everything they do from medical care to housekeeping. As a family member you will want to stop in for lunch or dinner on a regular basis. The food is so good! Tucked into the woods the setting is beautiful, and the apartments are large. I feel so blessed to have my parents living there.

I love Residing at St. Mary's Woods since May 2021. My life here has been enjoyable with the availability to choose from many selected activities. The entire staff is kind and understandingthey are willing to listen and help whenever possible. The focus here is on us, seniors, with an encouraging agreement to share our life’s experiences, life’s knowledge along with the grace of laughter.

My coming to St. Mary's Woods was the second best decision I made in my life. The best decision I made in my life was marrying my wife Celie. I have been at SMW for about 3 and one-half years and love being here. My wife is deceased and in Heaven and that prompted me to come here. I visited NO other facilities! SMW offers a large amount of Activities to the point I cannot attend them all, however I have attended all but two Activities at one time or another. If I had to make a decision now as to where I would move, it DEFINITLY would be SMW! GREAT HOME! GREAT STAFF AND GREAT RESIDENTS! Ben Scafidi.

I recently attended a conference and a training at St. Mary Woods and everyone was so welcoming and so friendly. It was so nice and so clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone was so friendly and so polite and helpful. I appreciate the hospitality and for opening the doors of your community while we were there for training. The food and the service was outstanding. Glad that I had a chance to meet some of the residents they all were so friendly and kind to me Thank You for your friendly and warm hospitality.

For three days I attended a company training that was held at St. Mary’s Woods Community. The entire team was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. They were very courteous, not only with the visitors, but also with the residents and among themselves, one could tell that their community culture is based on kindness. I noticed that the dining staff was well- dressed, careful with serving, attentive with the clean up. The cook and the dining services director worked hand in hand to deliver a great experience! The food was awesome. The presentation of the food was impressive! My overall experience at St. Mary’s Woods was unbelievable and I congratulate the entire team as it takes a whole team effort to organize company events!

I attended a conference that was held at St. Mary’s Woods Community. The entire staff was pleasant and polite. From the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I walked out the front door, the staff was very courteous. Every staff member I passed by greeted you with a smile. The dining staff was well- dressed, punctual with serving, and very gracious with the clean up. Kudos to the cook!!!! The food was awesome. The presentation of the food was excellent. My overall experience at St. Mary’s Woods was unbelievable.

I went to check out the facility for my mom after looking a several other assisted living facilities. The man who I met there was awesome. While this was not the right place for my mom he educated me more than the drs in her hospital , and the other 2 facilities I visited. He knew I was not going to rent but he acted as my advocate and explained what I really need to be looking for!!! He was a true friend and professional in my time of need! Thanks isn’t enough I hope this review helps and generates some business for this Godly facility!!!! ’

This is a stunning place to live. When I arrived for a conference, folks were busy working on the grounds. They are gorgeous. I was super impressed with the food we had for lunch. The chicken soup was even likened to Panera's and the cookies were yum. Plus, there was an art gallery featuring the works of a local artist. I can't wait to visit again!
