Very happy with the care and treatment my mother received while staying there. The admissions woman was excellent. She answered all my questions and helped in the transfer from St. Josephs. The nurses and CNAs were all very nice and caring.The discharge womam was also very good and helped with setting up everything we could have needed when we got home.

Our father was taken care of at Quail Haven Rehabilitation unit for 6 weeks. He recieved excellent care and we were kept informed at all times.The Staff was wonderful to him and his family. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone there is professional but also very friendly. The care that my husband received was incredibly. The Physical Therapist pushed him but also very compassionate. The nurses and aids were all very attentive and helped with his meals and everything. Husband said the meals were all good. His only complaint was the portions weren't big enough for a person his size but he also realizes most people don't eat that much. They also keep that place very very clean. I am so glad I chose Quail Haven for my husband's rehab.

Hello fellow I will like to recommend quail heaven as the best place where you can leave your loves ones every one the staff was so loving and caring for my sister Nora Padilla me and our family don't have words to say with the beautiful Job they did for the care of my sister Nora Padilla sadly I have to say my sister Nora passed away yesterday 10/25/22 at 4:48 pm this is very painful we wasn't prepared for this moment but we know my beloved sister is no in the memory of God and her suffering is no longer a burden to her.. thank you again Miranda Amy 'cindy;and all the staff who everything to make the last moment of my sister Nora Happy and as most comfortable possible..

This is truly an excellent facility. We are trying to find a place for my father in law to stay long term, and while Quail Haven is not a good fit for him unfortunately, it is a very clean environment for your loved ones. Shakera was wonderful when she gave my husband and I a tour and answered all of our questions. You read about horror stories about retirement homes, and this honestly is not that.

Fair overall. Some of the staff are very dedicated. Like everywhere, there's a shortage of staff now (both nurses and aids). Not the best billing or admissions departments.

I was nervous about my wife going to a rehab unit. You hear horror stories. But the nurse at the hospital stated that QH was top rated. Boy was she right! My wife was treated with friendly, cheerful care all the time and the rehab part of her stay was exemplary. She progressed quickly and when the time came for her to go home, I was confident that she was ready. Transition to home care (me) has been fine. I owe that to the rehab she received at QH. As for the personal care, I loved the group of ladies that attended her. I didn't feel anyone short changed her. And, they were patient with me when I bugged them. I know coding me in and out was a headache but no complaints. I do have to single out Angela. She was her day nurse most of the time and a friendlier, caring person does not exist. Thanks to the high standards that QH hold too. I'm certainly going to consider them when the time comes for my wife and I to step up to assisted living or more. George Griffin

Quail Haven is a very beautiful facility. The staff did a wonderful job for my Dad. They checked on him regularly, provided above adequate physical & occupational therapy, and made his rehab very successful. They contacted me every day (different people: social worker...nutritionist...nurse supervisor...you name it), and kept me informed of every test, evaluation, doctor's order, all the way up to simply how he was doing on a given day. Visiting Coordinator "Jennifer" couldn't have done a better job coordinating my visits to see my Dad. She was very accommodating and made visiting very convenient for me. I highly recommend Quail Haven Village.

Visiter check-in is very complete, almost a hassel but with their caretaker responsibilities it's impressive. Very quiet as expected. Staff was polite and helpful during our 30-45 min visit. Appearance was clean & neat. Check out also also security conscious. Impressive facility.
