HIGH TURNOVER! The facility is attractive. The residents have fun with each other & enjoy activities. The frequent rent increases are rough. This causes stress, yet the residents seem afraid to approach management. With the lack of employees & the high turnover, the prices continue to increase. Less service, yet much higher prices each year. Definitely not fair. At the front desk they are not overly welcoming to visiting family. We are taken through a questionnaire along with multiple, circular face shots every single day we visit. The face shots are disturbing. Perhaps mug shots are less invasive?? Creates an atmosphere/feeling of distrust. High, high turnover!

I love this place. It is very pretty. it is great to have a safe plce to live for our elderly people. The reason for the stars. The ffood is amazing if you livve long enough to see it. These poeple wait a 1/2 hour just to be asked what they want. Then they are lucky if they get it at all. I wish a place that is so great could get their act together on the dining. This has been happening for 6 months ths now.

My mom lived at Garden Plaza from June of 2021 to September of 2025. She was in an apartment in The Bridge which is the assisted living area of the complex. She had a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a view of the fountain and grounds. The front desk staff and the medical staff on the second floor where she lived were top notch. Was everything perfect? Of course not, but she was well cared for and really saw Garden Plaza as her home. I would choose Garden Plaza again without hesitation.

I can’t say enough about Chris Small! He comes into our establishment and we see that he truly cares about his elderly clientele! He is so warm and kind to them. We love seeing his interaction with them. I hope that I have someone like him in my life when needed. Thanks for all you do-it doesn’t go unnoticed! Keep up the good work! Laura and Brittany

Very homey feel! Residents all seem like they are very happy and friendly. Nancy did our tour, she is fantastic don't let her get away she's a keeper. Will definitely recommend to all.

Have lived here 14 months. Wonderful facility. Seems like a cruise ship! Only problem here is inability to attract reliable workers.

We have spent hours calling aroung as we need an escort to get dad in and out of a wheel chair at his eye surgery as the Garden Plaza can no longer provide this service to its residents.They will provide ride only to and from, but doctor office requires someone to be there to help in in and out of chair.

Be aware that the sales staff are not always upfront about costs and amenities. My father was told one fee by sales staff and other staff said no one comes in at that price. So then my father had to pay more money than expected. My father was told they would provide transportation to his medical appointments that also was not true. My father asked specifically if they would cross to the Washington border told later no they won't. The staff over see his meds and allowed his meds to run out. My dad loves the facility just not how staff have handled things. So word of advice get the sales staff to put their quotes and offers of immenties in writing. My dad is new there I hope things improve. Not a good start.

Outstanding facility. Highly recommend to all who appreciate a highly friendly and professional staff, 5 star dining, 5 star living and a myriad of activities. There has been a lot of effort by Century Park to make this a top senior community and it shows.

I wish I was here to leave an outstanding review, but that's just not the case. Back when my grandmother moved in the staff was wonderful! Now, not so much. They speak to me like I'm senile, or asking too much of them. It's not acceptable, especially with COVID and it's not easy to get to my grandma to assist her. I want to feel like my calls of concern are heard and understood. But there's this tone from them that seems put out. The food is always good, the place is beautiful and well kept. But for the cost, I don't care if my call are ridiculous, make people feel understood, not more concerned.

We treasure Garden Plaza of Post Falls for the service they do for the elderly in our community and the outreach efforts they provide to the community also. We attend Halloween and Easter here each year and value the interaction between our little ones and the residents. As a living space I can also personally vouch for the cleanliness and pristine environment in all the buildings and the positive community they foster. I have always been genuinely impressed with the staff’s ability to know all the residents by name and face. We have spent time here in two different buildings here with our loved ones. Keep up the great work!

I've had many meetings and business seminars at the Garden Plaza in Post Falls and they are first rate! From the food to the meeting rooms, displays and community events and programs they put on or participate in, they are excellent! They love helping community members and go above and beyond to serve others.

You won't find a nicer community to live in! Campus is amazing, rooms are spacious and accommodating, staff is super friendly, activities are fun and entertaining. They participate in a lot in the CDA/Post Falls community in a variety of things. Wonderful place!

After looking at several retirement homes for my parents, this one stood out in quality by a long shot! They have lived there now for several years and although the food quality goes up and down, the staff is second to none. The living quarters are excellent!!

My mother in law signed up for this facility a short time ago. She is high maintenance by any standard and the staff has handled her needs and adjustment to a new home wonderfully. The facility is impressive, clean and fresh. A pleasure to visit. While not cheap, it offers comfort well valued. Feed back from others has been with high regard as well.

Our Post Falls Kiwanis Club is fortunate to meet at Garden Plaza on a weekly basis. The staff is amazing and the food is great. I am pretty sure we have gained new members just for the fantastic lunch that is served.

My Mother has lived at Garden Plaza for two months now and is absolutely loving her new home. She had lived alone in a big house for 10 years since Dad died. She lacked social contact, wasn't eating properly, continually worried about the house and lawn and had begun some pretty serious declines in her physical and mental abilities. She was driving which was dangerous to her and others. In the 60 days at Garden Plaza she has met many new acquaintances, made new friends, gone to concerts and tours on the shuttle bus, is taking Yoga and Tai Chi classes, has gained weight but most importantly is happier than I've seen her in decades. Our phone calls no longer revolve around aches, pains and doctor appointments. They center on her activities and friends. Her cognitive capabilities have shown marked improvements. The staff at Garden Plaza are all friendly, professional, helpful and upbeat. I've never met an employee who didn't bring a positive attitude to work with them. I think the food is outstanding. The decor is resort like. It is a place I am proud to say my Mom lives at and she feels the same way. We did a great deal of comparison shopping for Mom's new home and I'm very pleased she chose Garden Plaza. It is without hesitation that I recommend Garden Plaza at Post Falls for someone you love.

My father has been at Garden Plaza since November of 2011 -- first in Garden Plaza and the, beginning in January of this year, at The Bridge. The entire facility is absolutely first class and the administration and staff treat everyone there as though they are family -- even so far as knowing them by name almost immediately and family members, as well. They have always been very accommodating and Dad constantly tells us he could not be living in a better place. This coming from the man who resisted leaving his own home. We decided to take Garden Plaza up on their offer to allow us use a banquet room which is available for residents to use for family get-togethers and had Easter Brunch there. We were extremely impressed not only by the accommodations, but also for the buffet they put together. It absolutely rivaled any Easter Brunch around and no one had to do anything but enjoy the day. I am glad for the opportunity to highly recommend Garden Plaza for anyone who is looking for a home for their parents or even themselves. It's like living in a first class hotel.

When we moved my mom to Idaho last year, I looked at several retirement communities in the area. I fell in love with Garden Plaza the moment I walked through the door. It is everything the brochure/website says it is, and more. The staff members are friendly and make sure they know every resident by name. Their monthly calendar is filled with activities for everyone. The food is great and the meals are well-balanced. One of the greatest benefits for my sister and I, is that we know our mom is safe, getting proper nutrition, has lots of activities available to her, and is very comfortable and secure in her apartment. Oh, and WalMart is just across the parking lot - within walking distance and GP has wheeled market carts to make shopping easier for those who like to walk. I know my mom is well-cared for and in a safe environment that is lovely and comfortable. I hope my children move me there when the time comes!

I often describe my mothers life at Garden Plaza as "the reward of a life well lived". Every senior should aspire to spend their retirement years at such a wonderful place. Not only is the facility 5-star quality, the management and staff are equally wonderful. The primary goal of everyone at Garden Plaza is to exceed the expectations of the residents. They truly become like family. The chef prepares excellent meals served by the most gracious and kind young men and women from the Post Falls area. What a joy it is for the residents to get to know the servers and develop long term friendships with these great high school and college kids. My husband and I enjoy having dinner with mom in the dining room, and we often reserve the private dining room for special family get-togethers. Other wonderful amenities that mom has appreciated are the many daily activities, the transportation offered to run errands or go to appointments, the weekly friends & family gatherings with live music, food & beverages, and the special events planned for holidays. Mom has lived at Garden Plaza for almost 2 years, and she looks and feels better than before she moved in to her beautiful, pet-friendly apartment. Her time at Garden Plaza has been everything she hoped for.....and more. It was the best decision she could have made!!

I certainly enjoy how beautiful Garden Plaza is and how well thought out their facility is. On my first tour I was very impressed with all the amenities provided, the outdoors spaces, and the many small details that gives the Garden Plaza that little extra specialness in quality. Every time I walk through their doors I feel comfortable due to the wonderful surroundings and because of the friendly greetings of the staff. This is a place who gets it and who does it right. I am a resident at Garden Plaza Assisted Living in Post Falls. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. I feel there is no comparison to any other like facilities in the community. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. I would recommend Garden Plaza to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
