We are looking forward to calling The Watermark home! From the very first visit to making the decision to move in, it has been an amazing experience. Everyone has been welcoming and kind every time we are there and even though we have not moved in yet, we feel we are already part of the community. Cindy has been so gracious answering our many questions and being available to show the apartment on several occasions for us. Chef Sam, David and Priya have greeted us with a smile every time we have been in the dining venues and I can't speak highly enough about how good the food is! Alexia's bubbly personality is always appreciated when we go to North of Main for a morning coffee. These are just a few of the wonderful people who make The Watermark feel like more than just a place to live, but a place to call home!

We decided living at Watermark Bellevue was an ideal home for us in our retirement. The sales (Katy) and move in (Rob) staff treated us like VIPs the minute we walked in for our tour. It didn’t take long to decide Watermark Independent Living was going to be our new home. Katy was genuinely helpful and happy to give us all the information and help we needed to seal the deal. With the decision made on our new apartment, Rob went above and beyond helping with our move in logistics. No stone went unturned with Rob to make sure we received every avenue of help. In November 2025 I enrolled my wife, who has advanced Alzheimer's disease, in Bellevue's Watermark's memory care unit and I moved into an Independent Livine apartment in an adjacent building. My wife's care in Memory Care is excellent and I am able to maintain my prior activities, friendships and my vehicle with this arrangement. Selling our house of 38 years has been difficult for me but has helped defray the considerable but worthwhile costs of this arrangement.

We had to move my mother into assisted-living after a bad fall, and we called Watermark for information. We spoke with Karen, who helped us find a wonderful room for my mom, and she has been nothing but exceptional through that entire process, and even now, several months later! She even helped us pull together the most wonderful birthday surprise celebration in their beautiful top floor Skybar, in the independent living building. The food is truly the best we have ever experienced at any facility that we have dealt with between my mom and my mother-in-law. We also can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at Watermark, from the front desk, the nurses, the dining room staff, activity personnel, really everybody there. Highly recommended in all aspects.

My mom was one of the original guests in October 23 when memory care at Watermark was opened. From the minute we started they were incredibly welcoming, patient with all of our questions and made her feel at ease right away. She truly had some of the most fun times of her life with all their activities. he felt loved by all the staff, every day. My mom recently passed there and my family stayed with her the entire 8 nights it took for her to pass surrounded by so much love. Staff came in to cry with us, sing to her, pray for her and treat her with so much kindness and dignity. We will never ever forget this place and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you especially to Leysa, Meron, Nelly, Emily, Abraham, Naomi, Marjorie and so many more that I am forgettng likely as this is so fresh in my mind, losing my mom. We recently visited Watermark, a high-end senior living community in Bellevue. Kristie warmly welcomed my husband and me. She was so gracious, patient, and friendly, making us feel incredibly warm and happy. We not only toured the brand-new independent living community but also the assisted living community. Finally, we were fortunate enough to sample the delicious food at the assisted living community. The experience was truly wonderful. We're looking for a new community that's just right for us, one where we don't have to cook, wash dishes, or clean. We may not be that old yet, but when we feel physically and mentally exhausted, we need a peaceful haven. I'm grateful to all the staff at Watermark for hosting us. My husband and I are both at The Watermark, he in Assisted Living, and I next door in Independent Living. Having been here since July/August, I can unequivocally say that this is the highest quality of service offered for seniors that I have seen or visited in the quest for the best place to move. The staff is completely professional and entirely friendly. They learn and use your name, they are willing to do nearly anything they can to make your life pleasant. They valet park your car, help with bags and bundles, and are a pet friendly location with treats at the concierge desk. The food is largely local and outstanding and they ask for feedback to see how "they are doing." All in all, a wonderful place to be.

After being a part of the Watermark community for over a year, what impresses me most is not only attention to the safety and wellbeing of my parents, but also the emphasis on retention and training of personable, caring staff. Watermark is a place you would like to spend time with your family. When I reach out with concerns or issues, I feel heard and confident my parent’s needs will be addressed. High standards for fresh, nutritious, interesting meals are met daily. When asked about the food, my Dad always boasts the food is excellent. Activities are engaging, fun and inclusive. There are constant surprises and delights around the corner. The expectation for a high-level of service is clear, everyone that works here goes above and beyond, from the reception, executives, drivers, nurses, care staff, activities, chefs, housekeeping and maintenance and administrative teams. In memory care, staff work as a team which I believe is directly due to the leadership of the memory care director who I’ve seen bring excellent operational standards to life. I learned better ways to navigate changes my Mom was experiencing by attending the monthly dementia care events. There is open, honest communication with families and an attitude of always striving to improve and taking feedback to heart. So thankful to have found such a wonderful, positive, supportive place for my parents to live.

We have seen Horizontal House, Mirabella, and other beautiful places, but what sets this apart is the absolutely incredible staff! I recently took part in an event hosted at the Watermark and was so impressed. Upon arrival, the doorman was beyond friendly and was so helpful in every way. The front lobby made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort. We were on the 20th floor where the view was outstanding. I met some of the residents who were so happy to be living there. I can see why! The food and facilities are absolutely incredible!!! I toured an apartment which was stunning and had the most incredible views of the mountains and our gorgeous PNW. We recently toured the Watermark’s independent living community with my in-laws. I’m not someone who typically does Google reviews but was compelled to do so because we had such a great experience. First of all, the building, which just opened in 2024, is beautiful. It feels like a luxury hotel. The residences are light and airy with plenty of windows and different floor plan options. The interior design throughout the building is tastefully decorated. Our salesperson, Karen, was lovely - patient, helpful and not at all pushy. She has been very responsive in answering our follow-up questions after our visit. We enjoyed a meal there and the food was delicious and restaurant-quality (I like that they change up their menu every month). The chef came over during lunch and chatted with us about the focus on locally sourced ingredients and making things in-house. Overall, it was a great experience!

I was in a dilemma about having my retirement party at the Watermark of Bellevue; however, the Chef and his culinary team and servers, came through and took care of everything; they were absolutely exceptional as they all went above and beyond!! They did all the work; I just invited the guests. First, the Sky lounge,where we had the dinner provided a relaxing, comforting and spacious ambience which welcomed the guest favorably. Second, the food was creatively presented. The hors d'oeuvres were delectable; entrees -- baked salmon with fresh herbs and lemon was especially savory, and the succulent roasted chicken totally inviting to everyone; and the salads were fresh and totally incredible. I have to mentioned that the decadent desserts compliment the cake we bought. Lastly, the valued professional serving team worked seamlessly together, were friendly, accommodating and absolutely helpful with all of us. Thanks to the Watermark Chef and the team, everybody was content, happy and interested in further parties and dinners and even inquired about this pristine place. THANK YOU WATERMARK!

Every time I visit I am treated like a VIP from valet parking to 5-star food and wine. IWhat a lovely place! The staff are excellent. The head nurse "Liz" is such a caring person. She makes sure the residents get what they want and what they need. The environment is so clean and fresh. I've worked alot of places and this has got to be the best. Good job! The residents look very happy.

I had a tour the other day and this place is very nice. The view from the top floor bar area is gorgeous. The food in the restaurant was very good and you could tell it was healthy and fresh. Definitely recommend 10/10.

A beautifully design community with common spaces! Love the lounge with a 360 view of Bellevue. The apartments have great natural light with many floor to ceiling windows. Great food too!!
