The Bristal was home for the last 4 1/2 years to my 96 year old, Aunt Pat. We feel The Bristal staff, all shifts provided my Aunt Pat with kind and wonderful care. The level of care was evident to our family that we knew that our Aunt Pat was truly at the right place. Also, I believe that my Aunt Pat lived as long as she did was due to the wonderful care that The Bristal provided. My Aunt Pat Loved The Bristal!!!!

The Bristal in White Plains is terrific! Mom is in the memory care unit known as Reflections. We are so happy to see she is in a safe, loving environment. The director, Ronald, is amazing, along with his staff. Carol is the best nurse you'll find! They truly care about the well-being of their residents. My sister and I visit regularly and we are always greeted with a smile and an update on mom. We recently enjoyed a lovely outdoor BBQ hosted by the staff-great food and lots of fun! Thank you for all you do from the bottom of our hearts!

We moved my mom into The Bristal today, and their director of maintenance, Michael Fernandez was amazing! He did an ama big job in helping us with getting her closets set up, getting the phones set up, getting the tvs and WiFi set up and much much more! Michael and his team were truly exceptional!! Calling out another amazing member of the Bristal leadership team, Eileen Lopez. It has been a difficult adjustment for my mom, and Eileen has "stepped in" and "taken her under her wing". It means the world to us. Thank you for your exceptional dedication Eileen!!

My mom moved to The Bristal over 7 years ago. TBH, it was a rocky start. Of course, it was a significant life change for mom, but working with The Bristal staff at that time was difficult as well. I'm happy to say not anymore! Over the years, we've seen significant and remarkable improvements in service quality, staffing, the facilities and most notably, the leadership. It's never been better! Both mom and family are thrilled with the attention, activities, care and health care at The Bristal. If they have space for your loved one, grab it!

We had a celebration from my mother's birthday at the Bristal. We were in a private room with personal service. It was so good. Food was great! Our server, Charmaine Levy was so nice and so helpful. It was the best.

Our family researched a number of Senior Assisted Living facilities in Westchester County. We chose The Bristal for its professional staff, facilities, programs and proximity to White Plains Hospital and associated Doctors. We could not be more pleased with our decision. The staff made us feel comfortable, took wonderful care of my father and were always responsive to questions and always followed up. We could not have chosen a better facility and team.

On May 7th I had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday with family at the Bristal in White Plains. We were provided with a beautiful private dining room. Complete with cloth table cloths, china and silverware. Each guest was offered a menu filled with delicious choices. The dinner was delicious and the party so special. A highlight was the dedicated service provided to us by Charmaine Levy; our hostess. She made sure that each guest had everything they requested. Dinner was served hot, complete with wine. Thank you for making this very special birthday for our Molly perfect!

The Bristal in White plains is amazing! I know many people often worry about moving a family member or loved one from their home into an assisted living. One does NOT have to worry if you are fortunate enough to live at The Bristal. The Director Rena and her staff take such good care of my family member. Anything to make my father more comfortable or happy is their goal. They have a variety of activities, the place is so clean and the staff is caring and kind!

The care at the Bristal has been great. The aides that have been taking care of our dad have been so kind & attentive. They check on him regularly and have given him all the care that he needs. We have comfort that when we are not there he is being cared for and looked out for. There are a lot of assisted livings out there and we have been to others. This is by far the best!!!

Bristal White Plains is terrific! My Dad is so happy there - after living in Fla for a very long time he wasn't sure this would work - he is more than happy and so is our family! The building is beautiful, his apartment is perfect. The Staff is absolutely wonderful! They all know my Dad, talk to him, engage him, and take care of him. We couldn't be happier.

Chef Tim made the BEST stuffing ("chicken with dressing") we have ever had. We picked his brain about his love-filled dishes that left all of us wanting more. We can't wait to come back to the Bristol to have his fabulous food again!

The Bristal White Plains is a very well run, beautiful facility. The staff are friendly and warm, from the director down to the maintenance man. Judy and Yvonne are a delight to work with. The place is spotless, and there are lovely areas for residents to congregate in. I highly recommend it.

My dad enjoyed his 8 years at The Bristal. It was the perfect place for him to live out the rest of his life. Nick enjoyed the entertainment and especially playing poker and bingo! The Bristal staff were kind and caring and always kidded with Nick about how well the stock market was doing or wasn't doing! The Bristal at White Plains became "his home away from home"!

Yvonne Spotts is the best! I almost feel that her strengths are waisted in sales (although she is great there, as well). Yvonne is so personable and caring. She really shows concern and compassion for both residents and families. Yvonne is a tremendous asset to The Bristal White Plains.

Chef Timothy Scott did an amazing job for the Father's day celebration. The food and presentation were next level and Timothy was extremely pleasant and courteous. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my family. I felt at home. Timothy knows how to run a tight ship. He's a keeper!

We have tried multiple times to reach our family member. The facility is notoriously understaffed and appear to be ambivalent to potential crises that can arise due to lack of communication with staff, with administrative policy makers, and perhaps in the case of Memory Care residents, and with all employed for lack of respect for each residents dignity and importance in the realm of humanitarian rights.

We had a warm welcome from Judy Forrest. She was enthusiastic, a good listener who showed empathy and respect to our friend who's considering becoming a resident in the future. We were given a tour and ate lunch together. Judy answered our questions and introduced us to staff. We caught the spirit of Bristol: clean, caring, and uptone. We look forward to our next visit there.

Been working here for approximately 7 months and it has been a GREAT company to work for. This is the type of company that you can learn and grow with. Professional, Clean and Organized. The Residents, Staff and Family members are great. If you are looking for a place for your loved ones I can surely say this is the best place not only do they have assisted living but a unit for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Highly recommend 🙂

My father lived here, and absolutely loved it. In my opinion the place is great. There was a great social atmosphere. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The facility was immaculate and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend. I wanted to live here.
