Our school group visits Bentley every month as part of our community service. The facility is clean and beautiful and the residents are always well cared for and content. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. They are also very attentive to the residents. Because of the consistency I see after returning each month for a visit, I would not hesitate in the slightest if my 80 year-old mother wanted to become a resident. It is an excellent facility that, unfortunately, had an incident a little while back. They handled it appropriately and are moving on.

Amazing community - if you want a truly family feel to a senior living community for yourself living in the Independent Living portion of the community, great services and healthcare delivered in the assisted living, or specialized programming and personal care services in the memory care program for persons with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia - look no further! Amazing people, great food, great fun and programs! I cannot day enough - my mom was so happy to move here after a short stay in a nursing home for physical therapy and rehab services which continued and were even better here at Bentley!

If you are looking for an assisted living for your loved one - this place is one that you have to check out. Both my mother and my uncle have been blessed to be residents at Bentley Assisted Living at Northminster, and we couldn't be happier. The variety of programs available to them both has been fantastic, it feels like a cruise ship that you don't have to leave port! The food that Nelson creates is wonderful, and even the Brain Healthy Cuisine with a southern flair is something that I enjoy when I visit (not to mention it has helped regulate my mom's blood pressure without medication). Amazing care, friendly staff that truly make you feel like family - this is an amazing place - if I could give 10 stars I would!

My Grandmother has been at Bentley Assisted Living for 4 months. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. All of the staff-from administrative to medical to housekeeping have been nothing short of excellent. The staff are always so engaged with the residents and the residents are happy. If we have had any needs or concerns, they have been immediately addressed and resolved. My Grandmother resides on Rose Lane-the Memory Care unit. It is a locked unit and I feel secure that she is well-cared for and safe. The food is excellent, and the residents seem to really enjoy the southern-style cooking. The staff makes sure to make the residents feel special. On birthdays, they sing and I've witnessed them make special ice cream sundaes and even bring in balloons. The activity staff is great and does a great job of helping the residents participate in crafts, and also polish their nails when they want. The on site hair salon is nice, and does a wonderful job. I visited quite a few different facilities prior to placing my Grandmother here, and the rooms at Bentley are spacious. If you are interested in Assisted Living, I highly recommend Bentley. We have NO complaints!
