I came in Wednesday looking for a place with skilled nursing. The lady that I spoke with was very professional, she actually gave me a tour. That was great I didn't expect that. Then she proceeded to tell me that there were no rooms available. She said that she would contact me when a room was available if I wanted her to. She made the visit a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend going to her if you need skilled nursing.

My Grandparents lived at The Chapel Hill Community since mid-2020. They started by living in the independent condos. My Grandmother needed to move from the condos to the assisted living in early 2024. She recently passed away so i had a very close experience with Chapel Hill for the past 4 years being one of the primary helpers for them during their time at Chapel Hill. The staff and people that work at Chapel Hill care about the residents and the residents truly are a community. I appreciate the staff that helped my Grandparents during their time there. If you are looking for a place to live or a place for someone you care about that needs to transition to this kind of facility Chapel Hill is a great place to be. Also the ability to start living in an Spacious Independent Condo is a bonus for those that aren't needing to be in a assisted living facility. When the time comes to have to move to the assisted living side it is a close proximity move (across the parking lot) that will provide some familiarity to a resident. I consider this to be an invaluable benefit that Chapel Hill can offer. This makes that move easier on the person that needs to move and also the family members that will help with that move. Don't hesitate to reach out to Chapel Hill to set up a tour and visit to see if it is a right situation for you or your loved one. Jerry will take great care of you!

This is a facility in a beautiful rural location. The care goes from Independent to End of life. They even have a hospice program on-site. They focus on building positive relationships between staff and residents. There are many programs and activities for people from all of the groups to enjoy no matter where they live on the campus. AND, the senior leadership really care and help where help is needed, jumping into cook, serve food, etc., when staffing is short. A great place of service and caring. I recommend regularly to people.

Chaplehill Community is just that,a community. My daughter is a resident. I couldn't have found a more caring and hands on place than Chaplehill. They are attentive to there residents, clean ,safe inviroment, lot's of activities. Great Health care. Very nice facility. Recommend to everyone.

The staff at Chapel Hill Community is exceptional. They have provided excellent care for my aunt and met her needs as they have changed over the past year. Their help has been invaluable as I've navigated my way through the maze of documents needed to work with Medicare and provide for her financial needs through this health crisis.

We helped my brother search for a facility for he and his wife to move into as they needed assistance with everyday living due to health issues. From the moment The Chapel Hill Community was contacted for information - to the moving in process- to the daily living assistance Chapel Hill exceeded expectations! Sadly my brothers wife passed away suddenly and the staff has made every effort to help him through the process with utmost compassion. The food has been of good quality, there are numerous activities if a resident would like to participate, and the setting is beautiful with many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We feel that he is being cared for in every way!

I visited a friend here on the second floor for the first time. I let the staff on the floor know how impressed I was with the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. I could tell they all work hard at keeping it in top shape. I also was sure to thank each of them for all they do to care for our loved ones. You're all much appreciated!

The staff top to bottom are compassionate. They come up with compassionate solutions when a patient can no longer understand. Mom likes the food. She lokes her room and the view out side.

I can't say enough good things about Chapel Hill. It all started with the people up front (Jerry, Shawn, Cheryl, Tamara); great people to deal with. The nursing staff is great. My dad likes the food, which is a surprise because he is a picky eater. I would strongly suggest Chapel Hill to anyone.

My husband is in the memory care area at Chapel Hill. In the three months he has been there, I have been there every day and have never seen him treated with anything but kindness, gentleness and respect. The staff is very good to him and to me as well. They are knowledgeable, and, unlike staff at many nursing homes, they tend to stick around; in fact, I have talked with several who have worked for Chapel Hill for over thirty years. .

I live near there and then the condos and now in the Assisted Living it is you know I have very friendly people but it's not the most professional Lee Run Place and so far there's some rude people but there's very intelligent and friendly folks it do help you but now all the time place is fairly clean but when something goes wrong or you need help it takes forever or you have to bother somebody five times to get it done I wouldn't recommend it being here one of posted her I've been there for 8 months and for 8 months I didn't get the help I needed and then there was maintenance issues that never got addressed and clean two lights and AC was never working good I'm glad to be out of there and it now I'm in living in Barberton was on very glad to be never again will I ever go back there and I don't want t

Mom started off living over in the Independent Living area of this community. It is a beautiful area out in the country. Her cottage had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, fireplace, open eating area, living room, garage and patio. Lots of activities and available transportation to Dr appts and nearby stores. She lived there approx 7 years before she broke her femur. After being released from the hospital, Mom came back to their Rehab center. A big decision had to be made and Mom agreed that she wanted to stay at Chapel Hill and would go into Assisted Living. I know at first it was quite and adjustment. Her independence had been somewhat taken away. Now, a year later, she is very content there. She has a very nice clean room - with her own furniture - and a great view of the duck pond. I don't recall her complaining about her meals but says she gets too much to eat. There is a different daily menu that they can select from. There are daily activities that include arts & crafts, cookie baking, exercise class, bingo & etc. To her delight, a wonderful lady there does manicures. Mom looks forward to Monday's when her beautician makes her feel even more beautiful than she is. On nice days, Mom can be seen out on her electric scooter visiting with her old neighbors. The nursing staff is wonderful and keeps us posted on any situations that come up. They are always looking out for her and try to keep her as comfortable as they can. Mom's laundry is done there. Her clothes are always clean and non-wrinkled. There is a Chapel in the building and Sunday afternoon services. Chaplain Erin gave Mom a robotic stuffed toy cat when Mom's brother passed unexpectedly. It brings so much comfort. She brushes it everyday and sleeps with it. Meow is often in the background when we're talking to her on the phone. Chapel Hill has done a wonderful job dealing with the Covid situation. Even though we missed out on weekly visits, we felt that they were looking out for their residents. My husband and I can now sleep soundly knowing that (my Mother-In-Law) is in the best hands that we feel she could be in. This is where she choose to stay and has many wonderful friends that make her stay even more pleasant.

My mother was a resident there in fast track rehab. She got great care from the nurses, aides and rehab staff. She looked forward to having dinner in the dining room every evening with my dad. She even became friends with some staff members. Unfortunately, she did pass away, however the way the staff cared for her and our family was truly remarkable. This community added abundant life to my moms final months on this earth. Thank you for your ministry.
