My niece has just moved back to GA and can now visit her grandfather at your facility, but you make it quite difficult for her. For clarification: She is handicapped, uses two canes, the type that you fasten to the forearms, and does have a handicapped license plate on her SUV. Now, as with most places, you have a limited amount of parking spaces for people who *need* them, and this is understandable and proper. The problem: Those spaces are for VEHICLES with handicapped placards or license plates, NOT for vehicles that belong to your facility!!! The last 3 times she has gone to see her grandfather, all the spaces were full, but wouldn't have been, had YOUR facility vehicle not been parked there!!! It is painfully obvious that you vehicle is being parked there on a regular basis! First, you are not exempt from needing authorization to park there. Second, as a facility that cares for residents who are in need of assistance, most people would think you have compassion for everyone. This includes handicapped family members or friends. Obviously, this is not the case. You are disrespectful to people who aren't living there and paying to be there. Shame on you!

My Grandmother has lived here for years, but service has dwindled and they do not pay their employees enough to get the service it's residents deserve. I wish I could take care of her myself, but Georgia is her home and we cannot take that from her.

You guys are talking great care of my aunt. She seems very happy. The staff is very kind and helpful. We can all sleep better knowing that she is in a safe location. I love the security measures that prevent her from wandering off. The area is nicely decorated and is very clean. I appreciate the various sitting areas where we can visit. The facility also smells nice. Thanks for all you guys are doing for my aunt!

Love this place, they do a wonderful job with these older residents. My mother in law was there and she loved it. She loved the activities and made friends. I’m in there a lot and never have seen anything but kindness from their staff. Building and grounds are beautiful too.

The staff and accomodations at the Renaissance Marquis have treated my dad with care and concern, since he moved in. He is surrounded by old friends and new there. During his recent illness they called me immediately and have visited him at the hospital on a regular basis, even finding and taking his phones bluetooth device to him in the hospital. The activities they provide allow him to stay active and have fun. When he returns, he will take advantage of their Assisted Living plan.
