Facility will not heat pool. They say they need parts, they get parts in now. They refuse to spend the money to heat the pool. That is the only reason they will not spend the money to turn heater on. They will lie to you and postpone you with nothing. But lies, but nobody in the facility can use the pool because It's so cold, feel free. To ask any resident in the facility about this as you walk through on your tour.

We were looking for a place for my parents who are in their 90's. We liked it enough that we made a deposit on a unit. The services we were looking for are provided. I'll update this post after they are in their unit for a month

Wonderful. We have been here for nearly four years and when we visited in 2022 we agreed that it was the place we wanted when we settled for the other one. The administration hires great people who make it work. Can’t say enough good things.

Inspira Gateway facility took wonderful care of both my parents until the end of their lives, adjusting its care to match my parents changing needs. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of options that rotated regularly. The staff were always friendly and made a point to address my parents by name, which made them feel truly valued. The facility was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They also host plenty of community activities and frequently invite residents and families to fun seasonal events like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween parties.

Ok now this place was, when it first opened smelled nice and food was amazing. The price went up as all places. Every resident there will tell you the food is horrible. Burnt burgers, skimpy chicken stripe, bad tasting food. No steaks for the price they are paying. Should be gourmet food everyday. Not a sandwich They do occasionally unlock your door and walk right in. It has not been all rosey in Inspira. The food is the biggest problem.

My husband and I have been living in Inspira for well over a year and we feel that it was the very best decision. The facility is beautiful, the staff top notch, the food is good and the waiters make everyone feel special. We live in our apartment independently but if and when we need assisted living, we can pay an extra fee and stay in our apartment. The amenities and activities are varied and fun. The cost is very affordable. Inspira is family and we are thankful to be a part.

I have lived at GATEWAY INSPIRA 2 and a half years now. I moved in so I can enjoy the pool in the fireplace. My first summer here, The pool pump broke down in the pool, so it was filthy that whole first year and then beginning of the next year, the heater broke so you couldn't swim because the pool was freezing. Now the fireplace has been out since November, so we're not able to sit out and makes'mores and have party's there. They raised our rent by 10%. And quality has gone down 30%..

We found Inspira Gateway by way of a referral from another facility and we hit the jackpot in terms of service, level of care provided and the facility itself is almost brand new. Looks like a 4 star hotel! Our parents are very happy there and they love the food!

Our family agrees that Inspira Gateway was the right choice for our parents. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is caring and kind. The atmosphere feels like family. The dining experience has been top notch with a lot of variety. The physical therapy and activities have been enjoyable and engaging. We also received the best love and care in the Memory Care area and are grateful for that as it was a very difficult time. Highly recommend.

My husband has been a resident on the Legato Level of Inspira for 6 months. The management at Inspira has been supportive and responsive. Inspira offers memory/dementia support above and beyond any other facility I have researched and/or visited. This includes a wonderful onsite monthly dementia support group for the loved ones and caregivers of residents. The numerous activities and social gatherings are creative, well planned and designed for all levels of care. Meals are delicious and a very nice variety is provided. Inspira Gateway is a wonderful and beautiful community. Gloria has been amazingly helpful at providing in-house training for Amada's caregivers. Her knowledge has assisted our caregivers in learning new strategies on how to work with their clients. I highly recommend Inspira Gateway to anyone looking for a loving place to live, with people that go above and beyond, not only to ensure their resident's lives are enriched, but also the community as a whole.

My parents selected this facility last year, moved in and we are all beyond happy with the facility, management, staff, activities and food. Having a memory care wing has been amazing for my dad while my mom enjoys independent living. Can’t recommend Inspira enough. Love visiting!

This place is beautifully decorate, reasonably priced for what you get and the staff is so creative and fun. I was able to go to a casino night that they put on and it was a blast! I wish I was old enough to move in!
