Very comfortable with our loved one being here. Staff is very kind and cooperative, and the facility is clean and well appointed. Lots of activities to keep residents engaged and socializing. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a memory care facility!

To whom it may concern and that's everyone who is actively involved with their loved ones and are looking for a great place in the Community of Memory Care. I started out with 20 locations to look at after my first encounter. I was very disappointed. Fieldstone was my second location to go take a look I instantly fell in love with the place. They answered all my questions thoroughly they walked me through every step transparently and on my second tour with my brother, which is also a contributing factor to a placement for our mother. If you are reading this review, please take note what is it that you want for your loved ones, comfort, dignity, security, and happiness for them and yourselves! The entire staff at Fieldstone is dedicated and committed and makes you feel secure in that awful situation of making a decision for your loved ones care and for my wife and I who cared for our loved one for a little while in hope she would be happy... Fieldstone was and is the best choice we ever made for our loved one! Feels like family ( the good kind) when we go to Fieldstone!! I personally recommend you to go to Fieldstone for your loved one's care!

i have worked here for almost a year now as a receptionist, and this community has been nothing but amazing. i started out as a dishwasher, and when i felt overwhelmed, the staff worked with me to find the right fit. i love every second of working here, the sweetest residents, wonderful management, kind and helpful staff. this community tries their absolute hardest to ensure that it is the best place for your loved ones, from trialing different food to cater to everyone's taste, having all sorts of activities from exercise to entertain, and of course ensuring that the residents have fresh air, taking them on occasional bus rides out of the facility. its always a joy to come in and know that you are making a difference in peoples lives, no matter how big or small your interactions with the residents are.

Friendly staff that actually cares and were very helpful every step of the way. During every visit with my grandfather, all the residents seemed happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend if this is a step your family has to take.

I have been working at Puyallup since the building first opened. We have had some bumps on the road like any other place but it has been a positive experience overall. I've made some good relationships with reaidenta and their family member as well as co-workers. I really like what the company stands for. I would definitely recommend checking us out if your loved one needs a home or if you are looking for a place to work .

fieldstone is absolutely the BEST place for your loved ones & to work at! it's such a joyful and vibrant place to be, everyone is always so positive and willing to work together. The care staff are amazing with the residents, they make them feel so very loved & make sure they are well taken care of. Worked there as a Dietary Aid weekends. There was no chef or full time Dietary aid and there was enough work to do and more hours for me. Highly disliked that there is no interest on moving people up or compensate the atrocious work flow at the time with no kitchen management we had to go through. Care staff should be more friendly as some employees do create a connection with the residents. Every day is different so it's not a matter of working as a machine with no heart... that is unbearable. We are just as vulnerable as our residents.

Updating a prior review. We did decide to move my parent to another location. Staffing changes continued and while some good staff remained, we felt that our parent would be better served in a smaller community. We can no longer comment on the current conditions.

Wonderful community! The residents are well cared for by the caregivers. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Housekeeping does great at keeping cleanliness in the common areas, as well as the resident rooms. Office staff is amazing and the food is great! They always have a new variety of activities and the maintenence director is always helpful no matter what is asked of him! Love it here 🙂

Caring, attentive, and responsive staff - from aides, to nursing, to kitchen, to housekeeping, to facilities. A good balance of down time and activities. The layout of the facility is welcoming and easy for residents to navigate. A family member was moved to FS in Puyallup from another organization and has shown a marked improvement. While every facility will have a few kinks to work out, FS in Puyallup has been very responsive and supportive of our family member's care and the extended family/visitors. It's comforting to know that our loved one is looked after by an organization that seems to have good systems and processes in place.

This is a wonderful place. State of the art equipment. Their staff are well trained for people with dementia as well as their Doctors that come in. We transferred my mom from a different place that could no longer meet her needs. My mom fell and fractured her back before she was to go into Fieldstone. They are taking such good care of her. I don't worry about my mom at all anymore. Their staff keeps us informed on my moms progress. Their place is so bright and airy.
