My wife just passed away this past Saturday and the staff, caregivers, and med-techs provided excellent care for my wife and for me. They treated us like family and I will be forever grateful. When we discovered Mom needed memory care, Mom and I checked out several facilities in the area and she choose Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. The minute we walked into the facility, we could tell it was different from all the others. Mom felt like she was home immediately. She enjoyed the activities, entertainment, and attention she received during her stay at the facility. I highly recommend Elkhorn Jones Memory Care to anyone in need of this kind of service. The staff truly care about the residents and will take excellent care of your loved one.

We love coming here to visit the residents. It’s such a friendly and clean place. The staff is so sweet and helpful. They love the residents and have fun laughing and being lively with them. They are also very orderly and great at keeping up on all the residents needs. Such a great atmosphere of care and friendliness.

When we finally had to move Mom from her home, due to her progressing dementia , we were blessed to find Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. The excellent loving care from the entire staff kept her comfortable and healthy until she passed peacefully there. We had her 90th birthday party in their special family room and we were able to have intimate family lunches with her in that room when family flew in from out of town. Thank you Elkhorn Jones.

When my father’s dementia became too much for my family to handle, we were so blessed to find Elkhorn Jones. My father had more and more horrible behaviors and symptoms as his disease progressed - but the care givers were always so kind to him and my family. It takes really special people to be able to handle that level of care and Elkhorn Jones really does have a great group of people. The front desk employees usually knew me and who I was visiting. It’s a smaller facility which I liked because it felt more personal. Initially there was a parking issue (not enough spots available) but that problem has been fixed and was never an issue again. If I’m being honest I hope I’m never in a situation where I’ll need to use them again - but I would in a heartbeat if I had to.

After doing our due diligence, having visited several memory care facilities, we felt Elkhorn Jones Memory Care was the right facility on so many levels. I feel the care given, the caregivers, the medication technicians, the facility, the food, the entertainment and the activities, along with the management are exceptional. Having been to the facility almost every day for the past 4 months, I can attest to the fact that the caregivers, to include the med techs, really care. I feel it every time I am there. I see it in the interaction between the caregivers, the management and the residents. Various activities and entertainment are planned for everyday and hosted by the activity director, who is excellent with the participating residents. There are also family events during the different holidays. I highly recommend Elkhorn Jones Memory Care for anyone looking for a very caring, clean, well-managed and festive residence.

I have frequented this establishment as a community partner for many years now. The care that is provided; the love, the attention to detail, the enrichment to the lives of their residents is simply unmatched in this memory care community. There is so much engagement with the families, residents, care staff and community that you feel part of the family the moment you go there. The facility itself is always clean, never smells. The food is AMAZING(I know that's huge for many families and residents). They always strive to provide a custom and unique experience for their residents from Mariachi bands for birthdays, Luau's, vow renewals...you name it, they do it all! Communication is key with them as well, all families, care staff and community partners are in constant communication so that no box is left unchecked and all communication remains open. You will not regret placing your loved one at this wonderful memory care!

Words can't express how grateful I am for the entire team at Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. My husband's aunt is a new resident and they have all worked so hard to help us during this difficult time. Maria and Emily were so kind and helpful with anything and everything I needed. The communication is AMAZING! You can tell that all the employees truly care about the residents and the meal menu and daily activities calendar is one of the best I have seen! Making the decision to put our Aunt in a memory care center was one of the the hardest decisions my husband and I have ever had to make . The employees made everything so easy for us and we felt truly loved and cared for as we made this transition with our Aunt. The employees don't just care for the residents here. It's the QUALITY of care that makes them better than the rest! I would definitely recommend them for your loved one. °

We brought my 90 year old mom here 7 months ago. My family is beyond grateful for the caring & compassionate staff, engaging activities, and the good food. The staff has dealt with every concern and difficulty with grace. They have taken time to get to know my mom. And she is always treated with respect, dignity and understanding. I can't say enough good things about Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. Absolutely incredible staff and facility. And I would absolutely recommend them.

Amazing staff and energetic care, led by the amazing Gigi in activities. Clean, well kept with attention to the residents with much love. I perform all over the country at places like these and Gigi belongs at the top of the AD mountain!

I am a Las Vegas entertainer and have the pleasure of performing for the residents at Elkhorn Jones Memory Care, which is a phenomenal community! The staff is wonderful and very attentive with the residents! I lost my mom to Lewy Body dementia in 2021 and know how important it is for our loved ones to be well taken care of, and at Elkhorn Jones, they absolutely are!!!

I’m a hairdresser for this location. I would like to say this place is amazing. Always clean and the staff is so patient and sweet. Every time I come they have some theme they do with the residents. Gigi makes sure the residents hair is curled or their makeup is done. She treats them like they were her family. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. My grandfather is in a dementia center and it doesn’t even compare to this place. I wish I could move him up here. It’s a honor to come do hair here.

I am so happy I found Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. My dad has been there for a couple of months now and we were made to feel like family right away. I like it because it is small and I feel that my dad is getting all of the attention he needs. Everyone is so helpful and always has time to talk about any concerns. It’s clean and my dad says the food is good. Most importantly my dad is happy there.

If people could experience the exceptional loving environment of Elkhorn and Jones Memory Care, many of their fears of aging would be relieved. It is small, cozy, clean, well-managed and well-maintained. Most importantly the staff is wonderful. They positively interact with the residents demonstrating compassion and caring. I witnessed this daily with my father, who was treated like family.

My 101-year old aunt has been a resident of Elkhorn-Jones Memory Care (EJMC) since July 2017. She spent the prior five years in two other facilities--two years in a brand new facility in Hawaii and three years in an older, larger facility here in Las Vegas that closed, which prompted the move to EJMC. It is a relatively new, smaller facility with 24 one-bedroom units, which affords closer supervision and one-on-one contact with staff, who are quite attentive. The units are clean and well maintained. Planned activities keep the residents more-or-less engaged though, at 101, you won't find my aunt doing any cartwheels. The meals are tasty, and the staff monitors each resident's intake to ensure that they are well nourished though I do occasionally bring in a few of my aunt's favorites to provide some variety.

My Mom has been at Elkhorn Jones Memory Care for about 8 months. I couldn't have found a better location. Due to Mom's failing memory, there were other facilities: at Elkhorn Jones she receives ONE on ONE care. She has met new friends. The staff go above and beyond during holidays, birthdays, etc. not just for Mom but for all residents. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Staff at Elkhorn Jones Memory Care!!!

The care at Elkhorn jones memory care is fabulous.The food is fresh and different not like the average memory care in Las Vegas. My dad has lived here for 1 year and loves it here, Gigi the activity director keeps him busy he just loves her but the best part of him living at Elkhorn jones memory care is that Everyone cares here started with the managers, caregivers, housekeepers. We were requested to look for another place for our mother due to her deteriorating memory. The other assisted living was not set up for people with memory issues. We found Elkhorn Johns. It is relatively new and everyone was very nice along with clean facilities, good food and attentive to their customers. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a assisted living place for a friend or a family member!

Finding the right place for a loved one is difficult , particularly when your loved one suffers from such a horrible decease as Alzheimer's. At some point caring for this type of patient requires professional assistance. The staff at Elkhorn are properly trained and have great skill at providing the specialized care required. It will become evident when you see for yourself. I witnessed first hand the absolute professionalism given to my mom. When the time comes for you to make that choice, Elkhorn Memory Care comes with my highest recommendation.

my wife has been here for 7 months now and i can only say it gives me great peace of mind knowing how wonderful she is being cared for..the staff is exceptionally caring and attentive including executives and medical personnel. when i regularly visit weekly the premises is always clean and attractive. i recommend this memory care residence 100%.
