The Bridges is a 10! After touring multiple assisted living communities there is The Bridges at a 10 and all the others are 5 and below. It's that impressive. Starting with the beauty of the property to walking through the front doors and feeling like I'm in a 5-star luxury hotel. Impressive. I'm always greeted by friendly staff and residents. The residents are dressed well and are happy. Yes, happy. The staff is amazing. They work together like one cohesive group caring for my mom and all the residents. So many daily activities and staff will come to mom's room and ask her to join in on the fun. No resident is left behind. Mom's highest compliment is the food. She raves about the food. Thanks Chef Jerome! Shout out to Kristy T (Marketing Director) who seems to be available to well everyone. I think she has a twin. Kristy represents The Bridges well and is knowledgeable and forthcoming in her communication. She has all the answers. Lastly, Kathleen as the Executive Director makes all the pieces come together so The Bridges is as magnificent as it is. Well Done Everyone and Thank You for taking such great care of my mom.

My parents resided here for over 9 years. The staff was truly amazing. My mother spent the last 18 months in the memory care unit. Those nurses are very special people. Both caring and professional. Always available to answer any questions, they genuinely care about the well being of the residents. The facilities were ALWAYS clean and well kept. There have been many changes over the past years, but one constant has been the incredible caring staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my parents. Because of you they lived to be 93 and 94.

FUTURE EMPLOYEES: Just know they do NOT give breaks during the day, ONLY a 30 minute lunch break, The new management that has taken over doesn't allow you to have any breaks, you have to keep busy and stay on your feet, I was not told of this in my interview or in orientation, the building itself is very warm ( all retirement facilities I've worked in stayed cold to keep germs and infections down ) not this facility- its hot.This facility has high turnovers due to the fact of have absolutely no breaks during the day ( an employer should expect that the employee needs a break to rest and get off their feet ) . Other than this it's a good place to work, nice people, building itself is very quiet but very hot inside. I was hired and worked one day and that did it for me, no breaks and being that hot.

My Mom moved to The Bridges Assisted Living one month ago. She, and I, could not be more pleased. The transition was made easier by the warm and friendly people - both staff and residents. While she has lived alone for the past 12 years, she was ready for some help, and The Bridges has been an excellent solution. She has a comfortable apartment and dines with a table of other ladies, enjoys activities every day including service projects, games, and entertaining performances. She likes the food and food choices each day and is very complementary about how the staff manages her needs....she even compliments the good job with her laundry! We are pleased to have found this gem of about 80 residents and an excellent staff.

The staff is truly amazing! My grandma Joy has loved it since the day she moved in. If you are looking for a place that is clean and will treat your loved ones amazing look no further!! The activities are fantastic, the food they have is amazing (and my grandma is picky) and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of! Donna and Janet are amazing. The Bridges Community is all about the residents and keeping families up to date with the latest information. COVID is a trying time for all and Donna and Janet make sure all safety protocols are in place. The communication is wonderful with the families and they keep residents involved with all decision making practices and all activities for the residents are safe. The medical staff are on call anytime there is a concern. Jared not only addresses any concerns but his follow up with my mother is like no other. All this is done with respect and dignity for all involved. My mother is extremely happy in her living environment and I would highly recommend the Bridges to anyone looking for a happy, safe and beautiful living arrangement for their loved one.

I have been in many assistive living facilities in my 42 years of being a physical therapist assistant in the Bay Area. I cannot recommend this place with any higher recommendations. The meals are good, the activities are best I have experienced. The respect that is given by the staff is amazing. We helped an old friend move to The Bridges when he was unable to live alone. The whole staff, from the cleaning people to the Director have been unfailingly kind and helpful. Today he returned from 6 weeks in rehab after hip replacement. He was warmly welcomed home by staff and residents. He talked about it all day. His son called from England and that was all his Dad talked about.

My Mom has been a resident for about 3 months. She was living at an independent facility and was starting to have difficulties managing her daily routine. We had looked at The Bridges and I was impressed with the activities and the staff. My Mom did not want to lose her independence and was against moving into an assisted living facility. She gave dozens of reasons why she did not want to move. I told her that she was better off at a assisted living as they could cater to her needs and she would have people her own age to talk to, plus, they had activities to keep her engaged rather than staying in her room as she did before. Well, after living there about a week I had trouble getting in touch with her. I called the front desk and asked if my Mom's phone was working. They said it was and that your Mom was attending the concert on the second floor. As it turns out she is now engaged with many activities The Bridges offers. I received an email from the Director of a picture of my Mom after getting her hair done. She looked great and so happy. I have not seen my Mom this happy in a long time. She's having fun, going to the Sunday brunch, getting out of her apartment and making new friends. Since I live out of state I want to thank the staff at The Bridges for keeping me informed of my Mom progress and making sure she's taken care of. They all do a great job!

The level of care and communication is excellent. I was able to visit again just before the lock-down. My mom has been at The Bridge's since September 2017. As imagined it was an adjustment for Mom, but she is now is involved with chair dance, chair yoga, Bunco, music programs, balance class, bowling, art, movies and many events and birthday celebrations they always have going on. She has really become involved and I see a big change in her. Everyone is very friendly, happy and always responsive to anything she needs. The meals are very good and they always have a variety to choose from. I feel very secure knowing she is there and knowing they will always take good care of her. Their nursing, facilities, housekeeping and entire staff is fabulous. Thank you to all the employees at the Bridges.

Our mother has lived at The Bridges since October, 2010. When she first became a part of this senior community, many of the residents were living there independently. As they aged, most needed increasing care and support and The Bridges transitioned to an assisted living community like no other in the area. Many of the staff opened this community and as new staff members were added, we were struck by the sincere consistency in care not only for our mother and all of the residents but for family members. Activities are respectful and interesting and just plain fun for residents 55 years of age and older. Families are a welcome part of The Bridges community participating in dances, holiday events (Halloween, New Year's Even, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, etc.), crafts, music and annual themes (i.e., world travel, movies throughout the decades, etc.) and on and on. Our mother has had two health incidents and staff members and residents asked how she was doing while in the hospital and in rehab. when she returned, she was welcomed back with 'open arms' and a smile. The staff is fantastic; they are all very caring, professional, happy and patient. The facility is also very clean and safe! It was very stressful to decide to place my Mom in a memory care facility. I felt no one could take care of her like I could. But, I was wrong. The Bridges has been wonderful. My mother has been there for nine months and she is happy and doing very well. They have events planned every day to keep the residents active and engaged. All of the staff is friendly and happy. The place is beautifully decorated, neat and clean at all times. They keep a very close eye on their residents. The nursing staff is totally on top of my mom's medical needs, the administrative staff are exceptional in being sure her all her needs are met and her caregivers are experienced, patient and good natured. If you are looking for a place for your family member who requires memory care, I fully recommend that you consider the Bridges. They are great!

I feel when I leave her that I am leaving her in the hands of family. The activities department is amazing with all of the interaction they have with the residents and the love they extend to them.
