Terra Bella is so inviting when you enter the front door. The staff is very professional and caring. Karen in admission is amazing and takes care of potential residents from beginning until move-in. Beautiful place to spend your last days. I did a tour with Karen and discussed getting my aunt and uncle residency. She was so detailed in telling us about TerraBella. So many good amenities along with the perfect private apartment. What more could anyone want in receiving the care they need. Even though it didn't work out Karen still offered to help us in anyway if we should need her.

The staff at TerraBella has been absolutely amazing. Our move to their facility had to happen last minute and from another state. Everyone there was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and since my loved one’s arrival. Her transition to her new home was seamless and she loves her new home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living for their loved one.

Went to visit my grandmother in the memory care unit. When I walked in, I seen nothing but smiling faces. A staff member by the name of Tee was there. She was singing and dancing. Other residents including my grandmother, were holding microphones and dancing. It was amazing to see. I told Tee how much appreciated the joy she brings to them. She was extremely friendly. You can really tell she is passionate and cares very much for her residents. I spoke with the Med Tech Sarah she was great too. She answered all my questions. I had so much peace when I left. I could have cried tears of joy. It’s hard to find placement for loved ones, but it brings a lot of peace to know they are loved and taken care of.

Lynn has been approachable, informative, and willing to take the time to explain medical-related questions when needed, which we truly appreciate. Our loved one was recently placed in Terra Bella Lincolnton's Memory Care Unit. We are very impressed with how clean the unit is, how kind and caring the staff is and how comforting it is to know she is in a safe place. Karen in Sales answered out questions and was so helpful. Sherrie has also helped us get our loved one settled. Our loved one has made friends already and jokes with the staff. We are grateful to Terra Bella for their kindness.

My mom has adjusted well to assisted living at Terra Bella because the staff is attentive and caring and the residents are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the fact that the staff checks on the residents several times a day, and the activities offered that provide opportunities to mingle and make new friends. If we have an issue, I feel comfortable speaking with the staff to resolve it because they are willing to listen and help in any way.

We recently moved a family member to this facility and we are loving it! The community makes it feel like home for my loved one. They have restaurant style dining, activities, multiple living and outdoor areas, a hair salon and physical therapy onsite. The best part is the staff are all so nice and helpful. They treat my loved one like their own!

Terra Bella is such a warm, friendly place. The staff are warm and welcoming. I have had many church members as residents there that I visit and the care they receive is amazing. My parents are baby boomers and have lived in Lincolnton their entire lives and if they needed Assisted Living Terra Bella would my go to choice.

My mom has been living there in Memory Care for over a year. The staff have been so caring, and they treat the residents like family. The Director sets a professional, yet kind hearted standard that trickles down to each worker. The tenderness and understanding that mom has received has made it easier for me to make the transition from my home to the Addison.
