In May 2024 I moved my husband to this facility. I wrote rave reviews at that time and encouraged others to come live at Sarabella. The place was taken over by new management and went downhill. Five Directors of nursing have quit, 3 Memory Care Directors quit, 2 Activity Coordinators quit and countless numbers of care staff have quit. The Executve Director, Denise Kircher, wrote a letter to family members in Oct 2025 that their “unkindness” to staff is the reason so many staff have left. The Executive Director has only to look in the mirror to find who is really responsible for staff and families leaving this once very nice, well run facility. I moved my husband from Sarabella the end of Oct 2025. I no longer recommend this place to anyone . If you are considering Memory Care do yourself a favor and talk extensively to family members whose loved ones have been there for 6 months or more.

Update September 2024 - The more I see of Sarabella compared to other locations, the more impressed I am. The grounds and interior courtyard are beautiful and inviting. It's pet friendly. The associates are so friendly and really listen to what you say. - The associates I have met truly care about the residents and their happiness. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The building is very clean and inviting and feels like home.

I moved my husband into Memory Care 2 days ago. The staff have all been warm and accommodating . Staff have introduced themselves as they have greeted my husband for the first time. My husband has slept very well the past 2 nights that he has been here. The environment is calm, clean and well organized. The residents I've talked to have said they enjoy being here and they have been very friendly and welcoming as well.

My mom received the most amazing care at SaraBella. I simply could not ask for a more caring and supportive staff. Mom was truly pampered in in her last days with us, and I am over the top grateful to Head Nurse Tammy, and her team (especially Michael, Diane, and Nicole) of highly skilled professionals for the compassion and empathy they showed on a daily basis to my mom and my siblings. I am forever grateful.

We have been very happy with the Sarabella staff and facility during the three months our mother has been there. We live out of town and are not able to be there as often as we would like, but we are always reassured on our visits that the staff at Sarabella know and care about all of the residents as individuals. All of Mom's caregivers have been so kind and caring, and ensure that we are kept in the loop about how she's doing. The buildings are attractive and well maintained, with lovely outdoor spaces for residents. Highly recommend!

Since my mother has joined the Sarabella community she has been very happy! Her one bedroom is perfect size and the Whole staff is wonderful! Very kind and willing to help! From going for our first visit to move in and getting settled there has been so many very sweet and informed people throughout! I'm so glad we were able to find this bright clean family friendly place for mom! Thank you to all of you at Sarabella!

I cannot say enough positive things about Alika. She has been one of Terry's best caregivers. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I personally enjoy my daily exchanges with her and count on her making sure Terry is well taken care of and safe. She is a real asset to Sarabella and the memory care residents. Such a pleasure to work with her.
