my mother has been there for like 3 years and every time i go see her no one is in memory care and a patient fell on floor and it took along time for them to come help the patient and my mother her clothes gets stolen every time we get there she doesn’t have the clothes that we got her she has pee old diapers on and i have to tell them change the clothes and diapers on her i would not let any of my family members come back here i having my mother moved and she been approved and the only thing that starting her from moving is getting the owner to get a copy of the check stub and showing what’s in her account i have called them for the corporate number and no one want give me the number

Food is occasionally edible… but for some folks this is the best they’ve had. Facilities are showing age and wear and need plumbing and subfloor work. Mixed diagnoses of residents very difficult to deal with. Some staff are abusive; medication is stolen at a regular pace. Smoking is done at all three entrances, not 20 feet away as needed. Staff prohibits non smokers to walk outside. Late evening staff usually abandoning patients to congregate at another building. For hours. However… There are some staff who genuinely care about the residents, and they are devoted to God’s work here.

There are holes in the kitchen floor, med pass is being done before time to be done. Urine smell is atrocious. I have worked in nursing homes and this by far is the worst one yet

BEVID Place is a GREAT treasure located on the Eastside of Spartanburg! The atmosphere and culture is unlike any AL facility I've known! Employee's are exceptionally trained and eager to help with medication management and activities of daily living! The community also offers lots of activities for the residents to enjoy! The Executive Director is always very helpful and professional. Her love, care and detailed attention to the residents is top notch! So if you are looking for an economical and beautiful community for your loved one, please do not hesitate to reach out to them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The staff has gotten MUCH better since new management. But , the buildings still reek of urine . So much so that its almost sickening. Bevid place is a great place for your loved ones as far as being treated kindly and having activities to keep them busy and getting meds as prescribed . I just really wish that they could sanitize better.

This morning Tara the nurse helped me so much, so what happened was my pain meds said it was DC so she told me she would take care of it give her a few minutes so, she had. A couple.thungs ahead of me she was working on sending a resident out to E R then all of sudden she done called my Dr an Ally her asst came out made a few calls to Bevid pharmacy an boom it was took care of thanks Tara you do what you say you going to do you took care of me fast you kept your word I like it here at Bevid it's sometimes like home thanks to all the staff for all you do but some try.harder than others

Upon visiting Bevid Place, I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and ladies in the front offices. They were very helpful with all my questions. I was very impressed with all they had to offer at the community and the prices were very economical. If your searching for a community to place your loved one, Bevid Place is it.

I love how Woodbridge is always doing fun activities with their patients. The patients always have good food to eat and plenty. Staff is very friendly. Woodbridge has the best residents and the are like family there!

They have four buildings some are clean some are not! The med tech leave the ones in memory care alone to walk down to the other buildings and talk work they for 5 days and left due to unsupervised residents.
