Staff is friendly. Needs more and longer outside activity for those residents who can. Needs a little more variety to daily meals and small Cafe where residents can get snack foods at anytime.

Ciel is a wonderful facility with highly talented staff. Administration and direct care staff listens to the residents and families with any concerns and are very easy to talk with. I have been very pleased with the support and care that the residents receive.

I am proud to work at Ciel Senior Living and to serve as the Executive Director of the lovely community in Collierville, TN. I moved my family from Denver, CO because of the amazing new leadership team at the helm of Ciel, which sets the resident-centered tone for the entire organization. Ciel of Collierville has quickly become my home, with the warmth and love of the staff being second to no other community I have served in my 27 years of working in assisted living and memory care. I am proud to be part of a senior living that has this much heart.

Gorgeous community from the minute you step inside. Passionate caregivers work here that pride themselves in caring for their residents. Residents seem to look forward to meals and interacting with the invested dining staff. Very active community with lots of love to share.

My mother has been a resident at Springhouse Village in Collierville for a year. She is so happy there. They help her to have a good day every day! She loves the activities and all of her caregivers. Springhouse Village has been diligent in keeping the residents free of the covid virus which we are so thankful for! We feel so blessed to have mother there.
