I've been an intern here for a few months now. Such a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff. I have been to many other Assisted Living facilities and nothing truly compares to the Legacy experience. Grateful that Cleveland has this community as a resource for families.

Legacy Village After my father passed away, my mother realized she needed a little help with her day to day activities and decided to look into an assisted living facility. I knew immediately I wanted her to live at Legacy Village of Cleveland. We had a friend that lived there and we had visited her in the past so I knew it seemed like a great place from the outside. Now, that we have been on the inside for a few months, I know it's just as great. The staff there is top notch. They meet her every need. I can rest assured that she is safe and taken care of in the best way possible. Mom recently had a hip replacement. She can get PT and OT right there, without having to leave the facility and get to appointments. That's such a great benefit for her and for me. Literally anything she needs is inside that building. She has enjoyed the sweet community she has made there, as well as the activities they provide consistently. Anytime you have to leave your home and have a major shift in your life like she has had, it is difficult. Legacy Village has made that transition easier and I am so thankful that God led us there.

Legacy Village is a wonderful place to be! The building is beautiful, the residents are delightful, and the staff is great to work with! It has been a pleasure to provide skilled occupational therapy services 5 days a week within this facility.

Unbelievable place. Trying to find a place where my parents can be together, even though my mom needs full-time medical care and my dad can take care of himself for the most part. I know if my mom were somewhere on her own, my dad would be driving every day to see her. Finding Assisted Living facilities is an answer to prayer. And Legacy Village is BEAUTIFUL. It's like a Gatlinburg or Lake Tahoe style cabin, with beautiful views. The staff are so nice and the residents seemed genuinely happy to see them as we toured. There are so many activities, it really is like being on a landlocked cruise ship. They encouraged us to speak to the residents (unlike one place, where a resident literally told us to run and the nurse hovered above him to keep him quiet ... YIKES). If this is something you are considering you have to tour this wonderful place. I'll update after my parents are moved in!

When you think of an assisted living you don't think of there being therapy within the same vicinity. Well Legacy Village has this perk! I've had the pleasure of working at this facility in physical therapy for over a year, and I can't say enough about the staff, residents, and the beautiful facility. The staff is passionate, patient, and loving with the residents they care for. They're always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the residents. Everyone is always welcoming and greeting you with a smile, and that's not always the case at other facilities. I love coming to work, and working aside the wonderful staff, and helping the patients get stronger everyday. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need!!!

As a Healthcare Professional I have had the opportunity to see and visit the residents at Legacy Village. The facility itself is beautiful and located on a former local golf course with wonderful views. The facility staff goes above and beyond to care for their residents. From activities to outings the staff takes great interest in ensuring the residents have multiple opportunities to fill their days. It anyone is looking for an Assisted Living Facility for their family, Legacy Village of Cleveland is worth a look.

The facility is beautiful with a gorgeous view from the vaulted gathering room/dining room. Residents have excellent menu choices every day. The staff is really wonderful; from Caregivers who are very attentive, to an in-house physical therapy staff, excellent housekeeping and maintenance department, and a vigilant nursing staff. Safety protocols are well maintained from cleanliness to security both in Assisted Living and the memory care Harbor wing. And the Activities department is so varied and busy, there is always a richly diverse menu of activities involving music, crafts, exercise, games, mental activities, devotions and outings.
