For the first time I called this facility in Hilton head dr on Saturday and Rene the nurse answered the phone, I was very impressed with her kind, caring voice and response!! I met her today while visiting my aunt, she is superb!!! Very lovely, helpful and kind lady.. if she can make my aunt happy that means she is very patient with positive attitude. Outdoor was very cute and open to golf course. I am glad my aunt is in a good caring home!!

We had a wonderful experience at Carol Ann's Hilton Head home. My Mother-in-Love was there for over 2 years. The caregivers were so kind to her. Each had their own special relationship with her. Although, Mama Mary has since passed away we will never forget the grand way in which we were able to celebrate her 94th birthday with all the other residents, caregivers, family members and the many holiday gatherings. Our experience with Carol Ann's Hilton Head Assisted living was personal, welcoming, clean, and honoring. Thank you! We miss her

We were very fortunate to have found Carol Ann's Home for my Mom. We came often to visit and knew she was loved and well cared for. We came to know and love the other residents there as well. Everyone has their own special needs and I was impressed at how much effort was made to meet those needs. Mom is gone now but it's comforting to know that she always had "family" around her during her time there.

well i personally love Carol Ann's Home and I think its pretty sad that you have to drag everyone into this. You know nothing about my personal life nor do i about yours so i would appreciate it if you leave my name out of all your drama. If you didnt want to loose your job than you should of showed up for your shift or at least called that is not responsible we have families and responsibilities as well we cant just stay and pick up your slack because you don't wanna show up. And its by the looks of it your the one who seems to know everyone's business so you must do all the talking bottom line is if you hate it so much here than why is it your second time to work here? YEAH. Don't talk about people you don't know everyone's story and what they have been through ill just leave it at that you are clearly not a very nice person I think Carol Ann's is probably better off without you. Oh and one more thing its valuables not variables .

This Assisted Living facility is truly something different than one would expect. From the great Golf views to the Home feel, it is definitely a place that I would recommend to a close friend or family member. Working in the Healthcare Industry for over 25 years I have never seen an Assisted living Facility that goes above and beyond to take care of their residents like Carol Ann's does. They strive to make every resident feel right at home and one of their own family.
