I never thought I would need a rehab center. I was hospitalized for an abcess and a drain was needed. My only option for proper care was a rehab facility. Encore was recommended. Nurse Jay and Nurse Christine were kind, and knowledgeable. They kept the drain site clean and were gentle with the process. I appreciate all thier help. Hermithe was my aid through much of my stay. She was kind and very helpful. The concierge team were wonderful. They were always available to help. Thank you Morte and Jay! I don't know what I would have done without the care I received in the facility.

Mordy Schwartz I believe he was genetically altered for this job. He is truly the nicest person I have ever met. The best thing about him is warm calm demeanor. Ultimate professional. When he speaks he has a calming effect. He is warm, caring and his demeanor defuses tense situations with calmness and insight. Unfortunately I easily get upset when things aren’t perfect and just a minute with Mordy calms me down. Never promises what he can’t deliver. My blind mother, Hella Sanmiguel, was recently discharged from the Boca Regional hospital and admitted to short-term rehab at The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Home , and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support we’ve received. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness, it truly sets the tone. The nursing team has been incredibly attentive and compassionate, and I would especially like to recognize Sylvanie Ribeiro for her outstanding care. The physical and occupational therapists have also been wonderful, treating my mother with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion every step of the way. A very special thank you to Business Manager Susan Semeraro, who guided me through the complex paperwork and process during such a sensitive and overwhelming time. Her patience, grace, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made a world of difference, she was truly a light during a very stressful moment. I also want to recognize Mordy Schwartz, who has checked in with me multiple times to see how both my mother and I are doing. His kindness and continued support have meant so much, always reminding me that he’s available for anything we may need. For someone who is blind, transitioning from home to a care facility can be incredibly scary and disorienting. Yet within just two days, my mother felt comfortable and at ease. The team ensured she is eating well, guiding her through everything, and supporting her without hesitation or complaint. As I begin to explore long-term care options, I feel much more confident and prepared thanks to our experience at The Encore at Boca Raton. It would truly be my hope to keep my mother here long-term. If you are reading this and considering a nursing rehab for your loved one, go no further. My husband has been in Encore Rehabilitation for awhile now and the care is phenomenal. The moment you enter Encore you are greeted with a staff that absolutely has the patients care a priority. Soon afterwards , when you enter Encore, you will be greeted by friends. I have not encountered one person without a smile on their face and compassion in there being. Which brings me to Syl and Collette. I shall call them the Dynamic Duo. If your loved one is lucky enough to have either one of these fantastic ladies take care of them, you will not need to worry about quality of care. My husband has been in several rehab centers and Encore surpasses each and everyone. Please, do not hesitate about chosing Encore of Boca Raton.

My mom came to this rehabilitation Center af ,r she was released from Broward Health Center. The Phisycal therapy has helped my mom a lot. After four weeks as a resident, I am posting a positive review of the Encore of Boca Raton since google reviews of skilled nursing and rehab centers helped me in my selection of where to recover after my hospitalization. My room was clean and comfortable. The walls in the main halls were covered with brightly-colored and cheerful artwork. The lobby was tastefully decorated and led out to a patio covered by an awning for shade and beautifully landscaped with palm trees. .A lovely path outside meandered through a small park where residents were surrounded by nature. The nurses were efficient and caring and the aides did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Special priase goes to Eric, the Social Worker and to Morty and Jay, the concierges, who went out of their way to be helpful above and beyond.

I recently spent 20 days to rehab a fractured hip. It was the most horrible experience of my life. The only decent attention is the morning from 7-3 after that it goes from bad to horrific. The aides pretend to not understand you or just plain ignore you. Simple requests for basics are left to the whims of these sudes. They are rude and rough . Thestuff they pretend is food is inedible. It’s all about the money there. Once you’re admitted it’s hard to get out of there . Fortunately I was persistent and do was my family .
