Staff has been nothing but nice to my 83 old mom.just tonight they had salmon for dinner which my mom doesn't like. They went and made her hotdogs and French fries immediately which she's been craving. Thank you

I met the team here for the first time today. Very nice staff, clean and pleasant environment. I found them engaged and receptive to innovative treatments that can help the people they serve age in place. I would absolutely feel comfortable with my mother or father residing here should that time come.

I have been on both sides of Springfield Crossings in that my father-in-law was a resident and also I have been on the caregiving side at this facility. This is a beautiful place. The Management is pristine and genuine. They truly care how the residents are experiencing this time of their lives. It just feels like one big family at Springfield Crossings. It's about dignity and respect and comfort and joy. Highly recommend Springfield Crossings. Top notch !

I have had many successful interactions with Springfield Crossings both personally, and professionally throughout my healthcare career. My neighbor and my aunt both loved the activities and the attentive care from the staff. Recently I have had the opportunity to visit again and provide Professional services to several of the Residents. The renovations have created a welcoming and uplifting environment. I'm thrilled that Adrienne Stevens has returned to the Executive Director role. She is approachable and extremely knowledgeable on how to navigate the complexities in today's healthcare arena , always advocating for her Residents and team members. It is heartwarming to hear from the Residents that they feel Springfield Crossings is a safe, comfortable and fun place to call home.

My Aunt has been as Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation for over two years now and she loves it there. We love to visit there it is always a clean, pleasant, bright place to be and i love that my Aunt loves it there!

We moved my brother into Springfield Crossings in April and I have been so happy with the care he has received. The nursing staff is kind and attentive, the administration is responsive at all times to communication and concerns, my brother loves the food and options. They facility coordinates seamlessly with the physical and occupational therapy providers. He is always well cared for and his apartment is clean and safe. My father is safe, secure, and kept very active here. The staff is uber friendly and always accommodating. The director and front desk staff pays special attention tobthe residents which is reassuring since I live out of state. My father enjoys activity time and making new friends. I can come into the facility at ANY time- day or night and it's always clean, orderly and smells great. Thank you for taking such great care of my father.

Springfield Crossings, in particular Bernadette McGoldrick and Adrianne Stevens, have shown me a rare combination of excellence, compassion and hard work. Bernadette helped me navigate insurance, post-surgery directions, and many important issues for my 91 year old mother. Adrianne used her expertise to acquire necessary equipment and transportation. My mother's case is complicated and Springfield Crossings made it easy for her to receive the level and quality of care she needs.

I had worked with Adrianne Stevens previously and she was absolutely amazing. I learned so much under her. Springfield Crossings is blessed to have her.

This rehab center is very good. I came in with a damaged left knee and was originally in their medical rehab area. Everyone I worked with did a good job. I later transferred to their residential area and underwent additional physical rehab on my legs. The staff in this department were also friendly and identified what I needed to work on to get strong enough to get back home. The food service was good and they had a varied menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One nice thing I liked was the availability of some alternate items you could order if you did not like the usual two main choices on the menu for that meal. They also offered a varied program of activities during the day to keep the residents body and mind active. Also unlike some care facilities that do not take care of their facilities they were in the process of rebuilding their main dining area and have plans for other upgrades. I noticed that they also did good cleaning of both the rooms and common areas. If I ever need this type of care again I would not hesitate to return here either short term or for long term care.

Management is constantly changing. While staff can be lovely, due to poor upper management and under appreciation, turn over rate is high. This place prioritizes profit over your loved one.

This was a place to call home when Adrianne Stevens was there. When she left the place feel apart, no longer had that safe and home like feeling. Sad for those residents left behind and some left because of all the changes. Now Mrs. Stevens is coming back, and this will be a place for your family members to feel like home, safe and know they're in wonderful hands.

I am so excited for the return of Adrianne Stevens as the Executive Director at Springfield Crossings January23rd. I worked under her Administration at another company and it was one of my best experiences working under Adrianne's leadership. She has such a big heart and she cares so much about the residents. She's a licensed social worker and always has her social work hat on for residents, familiesandstaff. She always found ways to do special things to make her staff and team members feel appreciated. I am thrilled to have a second chance to work under Adrianne's administration she's truly one of the best administrators in the industry, knowledgeable, we'll connected and go above and beyond. The residents at Springfield are so amazing and deserve the best.

Our mother has been at Springfield Crossing several years now and she is happy there and we are very happy with how the staff treats her. Getting our mother involved with all the activities is most important for her mental and physical health. Wow!! It is great to see Adrianne Stevens as the executive director. I have worked with Adrianne for a number of years and I can honestly say she is one of a kind! She is a strong and compassionate leader that expects nothing but the best for her residents and staff. I have seen firsthand the joy that she has brought to so many residents and their families. We are all excited to welcome back Adrianne S. as our new ED to Springfield Crossings. Working with Adrianne for many years she is such a precious gem that is needed for this facility and their residents. She has an attentive ear, will listen to everyone and will find any defects from the residents all the way to the working staff and then turn them around positively and make sure they are fixed immediately. Her wealth of experience will tremendously be beneficial to the facility but most importantly to the residents. Adrianne has a distinctive quality working with the elderly for many years. She has that unique loving human touch that is much needed to make the residents and their families feel safe and secure knowing they are being taken care of. I personally look forward to our new beginning with Adrianne at the helm. New and exciting things are on the horizon!!

Very happy to say I work as the beautician here and a lot of great changes happening.
