The caring team at SeaCare stepped in quickly to arrange support for my aging mother when she took a sudden decline. We had to adapt unexpectedly from minimal hourly to full-time care and the management team did an amazing job scheduling very smart and positive in-home caregivers 24/7 during her last weeks. I don't know how they juggled it but we really had some exceptional caregivers helping in the most demanding of situations. What dedication it takes to do this highly personal and intensive work, yet everyone I encountered with SeaCare brought positivity and can-do attitude.

I hired SeaCare in 2025 to care for my grandmother who had dementia. Their caregivers were always dependable and most importantly genuinely cared for my grandma. I give my highest recommendations for SeaCare! Stephanie and her staff are always friendly, caring and professional. We have engaged their services many times over the past several years. Our Mom has advanced dementia and mobility challenges. For her to remain at home with her live in caregivers it is vital we have access to high quality substitute caregivers for a single shift to multiple days. SeaCare caregivers are always kind, patient, trustworthy and well trained. My Mom enjoys the folks who come and we always have positive feedback from her live in help and they are very particular about her care. My mother is normally a very private person. She injured her leg and was told to put no weight on it. We had to hire 24/7 care. She loved her caregivers and did not object to the invasion of her privacy. We made the right decision as she transitioned to Assisted Living.

I contracted with SeaCare to care for my mother when her health and ability to live independently took a sudden decline. Over the course of almost one year, we went from needing a daily check for medication management to 24 hour care. During this time, the administrative team were very responsive to changes in her needs and care routine; quick to provide caregiver coverage with very little notice; and easy to get ahold of and to communicate with, even during "off" hours. The caregivers were kind, skilled and professional. Overall, SeaCare helped to make a challenging phase in our lives much easier and I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I feel so fortunate to have found SeaCare to provide in-home caregiving for my 94-year-old family friend during her last few weeks of life. Every caregiver who came to her home was compassionate, professional, and well-qualified to deal with the needs of a hospice patient. The owners and office staff were easy to work with and very responsive as my friend's needs quickly evolved. I've worked with other caregiver agencies during my own parents' final days, and SeaCare is far and away the best. Highly recommend.

Our care needs shifted precipitously, and the staff was sympathetic and flexible, adjusting schedules on the spot. I needed 4 days of 24/7 in-home care post-surgery on short notice. SeaCare worked diligently to find a slate of caregivers for those 4 days in a geography that is a little out of the way for most. Caregivers were very good to excellent (8 to 10 on a 1 to 10 scale) -- attentive, capable, friendly, respectful of me, respectful of the house they were in as they performed duties I normally do as a matter of course for myself but could not for several days because of the nature of the surgery -- I was very pleased. I especially appreciate the efforts of Brianna (owner of the business) to make this work out right for me, beginning to end. Highly recommend. Ashley, Briana and all the other staff were great. This was my first experience dealing with a family member with dementia and SeaCare provided EXCELLENT service and was a great resource. They listened to our requests and responded beautifully. At times there were last minutes changes and they were able to provide staff. Their communication to us on our family members status was always timely. They worked well with us and listened to our concerns. It is never easy to have a family member with this disease, but SeaCare made it more manageable. I would highly recommend their services.

We secured the services of SeaCare to take care of our aunt, who was suffering with dementia. The team at SeaCare was so wonderful to work with. They helped us through an incredible difficult time, as we didn't know how to even start securing help for our aunt. Brianna of SeaCare is very caring and approachable. My mom felt very comfortable with her. Brianna took extra care to choose the perfect care-giver for Mom. Mom formed an attachment to Lisa, her weekly care-giver, who was kind and patient. She took the time to let us know when she felt Mom needed something, like new shoes, etc. so we could make sure Mom had everything she needed. It was a wonderful cooperative relationship we had with SeaCare in caring for our mother. I recommend this service for anyone looking for a care-giving partner.

My sister and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care SeaCare is providing. I have never felt anything but supported with them. They are constantly communicating with me through email, phone, text and I am thankful for the constant updates about my mom-I know what the caregiver has or has not done and that gives me peace of mind. SeaCare In-Home Care Services is the best agency I could ask for in a time like this. They are large enough to support our growing needs, and small enough to be the high touch company that is attentive to every small detail. I honestly could not ask for better service than from SeaCare. SeaCare makes sure you are listened to and heard. They understand how difficult my position is (finding care for both of my parents who have different needs) and are supportive and compassionate every step of the way. They don’t push themselves on you and are there to listen, even if it may seem like a trivial issue. The caregivers they provided have become an extension of our family. I could not be happier with the care they provided. SeaCare should be used in every instance there is a home care need. I am so thankful I found them and will continue to sing their praises long after I no longer need their help.
