The facility is very clean and pleasant. The staff are extremely caring. They went out of their way to care for my mother and keep her as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

We moved my grandmother here a few months ago and this was her first time living in an assisted living home. Letisha made us feel so comfortable with the process and ended up being the person I would turn to often as she is very knowledgeable and willing to help. . The staff at Vinyard Park are amazing and treat the residents as family! They are so kind and caring with residents and my grandmothers experience the last few months here have exceeded our expectations. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. The food is great, the staff in the dining area go around to each resident and give them options almost as ordering in a restaurant. The nurses, receptionist, and even the cleaning staff are great! $30 for a haircut in the barbershop is a great deal and my grandmother is happy with her hair. My grandmother loves the theater, bingo, and church services. Unfortunately my grandmothers cognition has went down due to dementia and an illness and she now needs more of a memory care facility so we are moving her elsewhere. We did however ask to be put on Vinyard Parks memory care waitlist as they are currently full. Hoping in the future to bring her back! I can't say enough about Vinyard Park. I would definitely recommend!

This place is beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, though there does seem to be a bit of turnover there with the assistants, but that's not that unusual with this type of work. My mom was struggling with walking any distance so they let me know when there was a room closer to the dining area. They were great with keeping me informed of her day to day health status. She was only there for just over 6 months before she passed away but I always felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands when I couldn't be there for her. And I am a retired nurse so I'm a bit nit-picky about these things! lol. I'm thankful we were able to get her moved in there.

Our family is very thankful that my uncle moved here in April 2023. I have been to many facilities visiting people in the past, and this is a very clean and nice place. All of the staff have been wonderful to my uncle and my family. It was a big adjustment for him to move from his place into a care facility, but having his own studio apartment and space worked out perfectly. The nurses check on him regularly and supervise his medication and health care needs. He enjoys going to the dining hall for meals and having conversations with friends he has met while living there. It has been a huge relief to all of us that he is in a safe place and watched over since his health has been declining. His case manager Letisha has been very supportive through everything and since I am his POA, she has kept me well informed when things have come up with his health and my uncle appreciates all that she does as well. I would definitely recommend this place for someone's loved one to go live at. Thank you to all that help with the care of my uncle.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are always the ones that get the most attention. Vineyard Park of Puyallup is part of a company that always has and always will serve a demographic that most Assisted Living communities won't. CarePartners honors the idea that most people don't have endless amounts of money in their retirement years so when the funds do run out, they can rely on Medicaid and stay in the community they have spent their last dollars in! Every community is surveyed by the State annually as well as having additional DSHS oversight throughout the year for every resident receiving Medicaid funding. There are beautiful communities and caring staff in each of them. There are wonderful families who are part of their loved one's care team in whatever capacity they can be, which is always the very best scenario for any resident! Vineyard Park of Puyallup is a great community asset !

I am a POA for my friend. She was at another assisted living, and we had many negative issues there. I looked up many assisted living in this general area. She has been there since March 2022. I don't even know where to start with the good comments. Staff is attentive, food is good with plenty of choices, snacks are provided when asked for, a lot of help with hanging item when we moved in. They have in-house physical therapy they have visiting dental appointments, in-house beauty shop on Tuesdays, a great activities director at this time. They work well with me on me bringing in meditations. Nursing staff works well with her primary provider. My only wish is that outside walking could be better, as they are located right on meridian. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mother recently moved there. The Staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. It is not the beautiful retirement community many people might like but when income is an issue it is much much better than other places I've seen, and certainly better than where she was living before in the SHAG apartment. The residents seem to be happy and get along well. My only disappointment is that it is staffed at a minimum which is unfortunate but it is my understanding that it meets State guidelines. My mother is happy there and is adjusting very well. The location near the fairgrounds is perfect with the hospital so nearby and all the shopping within just a few miles.
