This is place is a hidden GEM. It is very well kept, clean, and beautifully remodeled. The staff is very nice and caring. They treat the resident like family. The new ED is amazing and the residents adore her. If you are looking for an assisted living please go see them.

I Met Brittany so loving and down to earth, she's detailed, noticed that the facility where she works is so clean, have the interest of her residents and staff at heart, talks respectfully and responsible. I'm impressed you can entrust with your loved ones and be sure they're in safe hands.

This place is clean. The housekeeping staff seem really diligent and wanting to help. The house keepers and kitchen help are decent. When someone is in the right place for their level of functioning, it's great. But when a place like THIS accepts lower functioning individuals who need more help, those individuals suffer. Crown: Shouldn't accept the money and skirt the treatment. Why do needful people suffer in an assisted living facility? Because:The nursing staff is cold. Maybe this is simply inner-city personally that I'm not used to. But I dont think so. I wouldn't ring my call light either, if I lived there. Just not worth the humiliation and shame. So if your beloved doesn't mind a cool response from caregiver nurses (RN/LPN) and feeling as tho they've put someone OUT when they need something, I wouldn't place my beloved in THIS house. I'm a visiting caregiver who's been IN&OUT of this place a hundred times. Trust. I've seen some pretty harsh verbal treatment and some pretty substandard headturning of a client whom needed extra help, AND as a professional dealing with the employees (admin, RN, LPN) VERY substandard. Youd never guess folks might be trying to seem helpful or nice, bcoz they dont try. Not even while hanging Christmas decor. No jolly in that act. I may not be my clients' relative, but crown East doesnt care HOW they speak of an elderly person who's paying for better care AND has lived a life of service to us all. Shame. THESE patients ARE my people. AND CROWN, you may as well be talking about my grandparents when you callously respond to another nurses concerns. Look at the rating. Its accurate. Word.
