I WAS VERY DISRESPECTED AS A HUMAN BEING BY THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING. I STILL HAVE A VERY VIVID MEMORY OF HOW I WAS DISREGARDE AND AFTER THE THEFT Of MY PAIN MEDICATION AND ACCUSED ME OF ABUSE OF THE "SAID" MED I WAS FORCED TO.MAKE A POLICE REPORT. THEY ALSO RETRIEVED ALL OF MY MEDICATION WHILE I WAS NOT PRESENT IN MY QUATERS AND AGAINST My CONSENT. THE NURSES HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW MY MESS WERE TO BE GIVEN AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT EACH MED WAS FOR. I FINALLY VACATED THE PREMISES. (THE BOARD OF HEALTH BECAME INVOLVED) THIS HAS BEEN ONLY A FEW YEARS AGO. I'M NOW RESIDING IN A SAFE PLACE. I THANK GOD FOR A BRILLLIAÑT MEMORY.

Convenient easy just wish would save old pictures lol. First one was the best one. Good addition rather type than write. But I don't like that you all text me everytime even when I ask you not to. Will it subside after I make a comment or post?? I give you all five stars if the repeated text stop lol. Thanks for listening. I still like the automated check-in, & the cleanliness of the facility, & the decor. I also like that my mother receives prompt feedback from management. Her concerns are addressed expeditiously. I really love the lay out of the one bedroom apartments, & my mother really likes their food. My mother just recently had a setback. The Director of Nursing used her clinical skills, & it kept my mother at the facility versus going to the Emergency Room. Thank you for taking such great care of my mother!

Our Mother was living in their Memory Care facility. She got great compassionate care. I enjoyed the staff and the patients. She is currently in a terrible Rehab facility. We’re going to be so sad to not take her back here if she has to have a modified diet. Unfortunately Greenbriar doesn’t do thickened liquids or puréed foods.

The staff and management are simply top notch. On top of Greenbrier Village being a facility where individuals may still flourish such that age and ability aren't the sole focal points. Thoughtful programming, three meals prepared each day and a sense that people matter are just a few of the things Greenbriar Village offers.

Greenbriar has a caring team of staff, who are working hard everyday to make the building an even more amazing place. A lot of exciting things are happening at Greenbriar Village, especially in the Memory Care Neighborhood!

When told my mother-in-law would need to be placed into a memory care unit, I spent weeks visiting and assessing just about every memory care facility in Central Indiana. Most are "cold" places without a homey feel, the buildings are drab, both inside and out, and the staff is cordial at best. When I finally went to Greenbriar, I was met with smiling faces and warm and sensitive conversations about my mother-in-law. The building is gorgeous, both inside and out, and it is very inviting when you step through the doors. I then met Natalie and we were instantly sold. Natalie is caring, sensitive and seems to really care about making the residents in memory care feel at home, provide opportunities for activities, assist them with their personal interests (gardening, for one) and she is always available to answer questions and provide assistance. Natalie and Dana were invaluable resources when my mother-in-law was in the hospital and subsequent rehab facility following a bout with Covid. While they looked out for my mother-in-law's best interest, they also never lost sight of the safety of the rest of the residents and staff. My mother-in-law will require assisted living for the rest of her life, but I have not found a more caring and beautiful facility than Greenbriar and I thank my stars daily that Dana, Natalie and the rest of the staff at Greenbriar treat all residents with dignity and compassion.

Greenbriar Village is a wonderful place! My mother has lived in assisted living and now memory care for over seven years! The current staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met! I feel so happy and relieved that my mom is being cared for in such a great place by so many awesome people. Anytime an issue arises they are quick to remedy the situation. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. I would highly recommend Greenbriar to anyone looking for a loving and caring place to place a parent.

My mother became a resident in June during the Covid pandemic. Unfortunately we have been unable to go into the facility and observe the day to day resident life and patient care. However I do know that if we ever have an issue of any kind management listens to our concerns and follows up with my mother and the staff to attempt to resolve an issue. It has been difficult for the residents and the staff is a bit overwhelmed with the Covid restrictions. There will be NO perfect facility and challenges will arise, but I feel confident that management will address concerns and try to resolve any issue. We are looking forward to seeing what normal is with Covid restrictions hopefully lifting soon. As restrictions have begun to relax we have seen positive changes with Greenbriar. My mother currently seems to be happy with her care at Greenbiar, and looks forward to interacting with other residents and staff daily.

My mother has lived here for 9 years and I can honestly say I have never seen a roach in her apartment. If there is a bug, they spray immediately. She is very happy there and the daily staff that interact with her are very friendly and caring. The staff listens and tries to troubleshoot issues. They kept her safe during Covid. It's not perfect and the food is not very good but they are working hard to improve. I'm hearing building renovations are starting soon.

Greenbriar is a very nice building. It is clean and smells good. The staff is friendly, especially Latoya. The residents are active and seem happy. The rooms are a good size. Overall, its a nice place. Id let my loved one move in here in a heartbeat.

GreenBriar is a nice place to call home. In the almost eight years I have lived here, I have made many friends and become familiar with a very helpful, caring staff. We have many interesting and fun activities. All anyone has to do is join in!!! Whats not to like...no cooking, no cleaning, special activities, relax and enjoy life!
