I would like to thank all of the staff at Arlington Place health campus for the excellent experience. My father had there at the campus.You all made my father so comfortable that he was hesitant to leave . The entire experience from activities, therapy, Personal care, & his dining experience made his stay there worth him being in a facility. I was so scared to leave him there (anywhere) alone but you all made him feel safe & welcome .Im so glad I chose Arlington Health Campus for him to do his therapy.I will always choose you all first.Now I gotta step my game up he is now comparing everything I do to you all.Im so happy & proud of him he now on his way back to the life he once knew thanks to you all I love each & every one of you . My loved one was here for rehab and had a wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived the staff made us all feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The therapist were knowledgeable, encouraging and took the time to plan out her own personalized treatment plan that helped her regain her strength, confidence and get back home. I can't say enough about the nursing staff and caregivers. They were all kind, attentive and willing to help with a smile. I never heard her complain one time. It was clear that everyone worked together as a team to provide my aunt excellent care! I am grateful to everyone who played a part in her recovery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care, outstanding therapy and a dedicated staff.

I cannot recommend Arlington Place enough. The level of care, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire team is truly remarkable. A special shoutout goes to Cory Blackwell, whose incredible support, kindness, and professionalism make all the difference. Knowing how exceptional the environment and staff are, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go there myself or trust them with my own family. Truly an amazing place!

I was visiting my aunt who was there for rehab and was surprised when I arrived and saw live entertainment and a Happy Hour celebration going. Safe to say this place is the definition of work hard, play harder haha. My aunt has had a rough few months so it was nice seeing her laugh and have a good time with what all she’s been through recently. If I ever have to have rehab I’m definitely coming to Arlington Place!

I have a relative at this location. I definitely don’t recommend. She had to reschedule doctor appointments because staff didn’t have her ready for the appointment. On a random visit it took over 45 minutes to assist her to the bathroom and she unfortunately wasn’t able to hold it. Remember this is facility that suppose to take care of the elderly and those that are receiving rehab. Waiting 30 minutes to use the restroom is horrible for a sick or elderly person. Most evenings no one is at the front desk for those that need access to visit their love one. If being under staff is an issue stop accepting new patients. Let’s be real these are elderly and rehab patients that have paved the way for all of us. Families have trust Arlington Place Health to provide care for them. So please do better! Hire more staff or replace those that don’t value their job in the field of healthcare.

They have EXCELLENT rehabilitation staff but the other service that they provide is not good. But honestly most of the nursing facilities are the same ©™. But this is FIRST time I ever did a review . Since my life changing health issues happened in 2024 I have been in a several different places because of my health issues. I was here last year in November and had several health setbacks and this time I needed more rehab so I chose this one because of the rehab staff. I have been here a week now and it hasn’t been a good week but the therapy is what I’m here for so I just DEAL with the other stuff ™

Arlington Place has been very helpful to me. They were here when I needed them. The facility is very clean and the staff is above reproach. It is pricey to live here but you get what you pay for. A shout out to Jessica and Marlette for all you do.

I've taken responsibility for a dear friend of mine who had a stroke this last July. I could not be more appreciative of the wonderf staff here at Arlington Place Health Campus. Not only are their employees wonderful, they do their best to connect with patients and their families. To top it all off, I was given the chance to have breakfast with my friend, and the food was excellent! Cannot beat great care and good food!

Arlington Place has been a blessing to my family. I started my process with Keondra in admissions, she showed me everything that Arlington Place had to offer. This is the cleanest building I’ve seen in my search for long term placement. I told her my mother needed a permanent place and she didn’t have a room open at that time. My mother took a turn and ended up in the hospital, I went back to see Keondra and she told me how she could admit her into their facility. She kept me up to date with every step and let me know what I needed to do. I knew my mother would be in great hands. You can tell Keondra cares about her job and the people she brings in. My mother has been in three facilities and Arlington Place staff has been a stand out for sure. Everyone greets me when I come in, they are so ready to help. I've been at this place for for 3 months and I love it because I've been in other places like this and they can't even hold a can at this place the whole place is phenomenal it's clean you need to come to Arlington Place and just check it out you don't have to be afraid anymore but you always feel safe and it's always clean I don't know what else I would be able to say that would be as good as they are I've been here before and I loved it then and I requested to come back and I'm supposed to have a knee surgery in about a couple months this is where I'm coming to they're like family God bless you and always be safe

Arlington Place is a very clean campus. Landscape was immaculate as well as interior. Staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and caring. Attention to details was observed also. Overall, the staff was extremely professional and exhibited great customer service. In addition, the food was exceptionally good. In sum, I would highly recommended Arlington Place Campus for your family and friends needing dedicated and phenomenal services!!!

I really recommend this place for your loved one. They took care of my mom for the few weeks. She was in there for rehab. They was professional kept me updated on her and I couldn’t thank them enough. So if you’re ever looking for a place to put your loved one in whether it’s the nursing home rehab or what not this is the place the has not been no complaints. It’s clean sanitized all the staff is nice and respectful.

I've had the privilege of seeing the incredible care provided by The Arlington Place since they opened in March 2014. The staff is compassionate, attentive and truly dedicated to their residents' and well-being. The facility is always clean and welcoming and the lady at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal. I went to look at this place for a potential rehab stay for my father. The ladies up front were so friendly and welcoming. I met with Keondra and showed me the facility. I didn’t know this facility also had Assisted Living. She provided me with a tour of both sections. My father is still in the hospital but Keondra called to check in on him. I was very concerned about the location of this facility but Keondra put all of my worries at ease. I appreciate everything she has done for me.

My mom did rehab at Arlington Place. It's a beautiful facility, nice staff and good food. I came one Friday and they had Happy Hour with drinks and live music! So glad we chose Arlington Place and would highly recommend for anyone needing therapy.

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating to my dads needs. The family loved Sunday brunch and dad loved showing off the grandkids. The therapy team has been great and it's such a peace of mind knowing when he goes home he'll be safe. Would highly recommend Arlington Place for rehab!

My Mom stayed for a short time after experiencing severe back pain. She left feeling much better and pain free. I have never met a nicer or more caring group of people all under one roof. Every single staff member we met was gracious, knowledgeable and personable. Such a wonderful experience!

I recommend them for the cleanliness of the facility for the niceness of most of the employees and associates, but they need more help help that wants to help the elderly not just come in because it’s a job and not to blow off the patience while they’re sitting around talking instead of doing what they need to do I’ve been with them for over three years now with my mom and I had to bring her home because there was no other choice if I wanted her to get taken care of again love them but they need a lot more good employees or pay the employees you have there to do better

I have been in Arlington Place many times to visit my auntie. Overall facilities looks good. Therapy department doing good job. I also attended few Sundays brunch. That was amazing. Food was super delicious and the buffet was well organized. My auntie said the food is always delicious. Good job dietary department. Keep it up guys.

There are staff members whom keeps being rude to my mama (mom) and everything I go visit my energy is drain not to mention they are understaffed and don't properly have enough aid to help besides dealing with the ones who have sneakily demeanor besides attitude and being rude. Not all staff is like that but they should not allow other residents friends and family members purchase cigarettes for her and we requested for that to not happen besides being overly charged for her to be there. Enough is enough and All valid information will be reveal and expose. I read the previous reviews to not fair others to go through it in silence no more.

I can't speak for the facility since I know no one there... but as a delivery person I can say the young lady at the desk at noon today 03/03/22 was just as cheery, pleasant, and friendly as every welcome desk should hope to have!! A very nice change from some deliveries I have made to other businesses!!

I have been here four times.there is a reason for that.. you don’t go someplace four times that treats you bad. The staff is over the top accommodating.. you are going to find a few bad ones, no matter where you gobut I care about the staff here..they are kind, helpful, polite, caring.again not all.. but most..enough to overlook the not so good.Thearpy is greateveryone goes out of their way to be kind and helpful.the food could use some helpbut you can’t please everyone all the time.if I had to go into care, it would be here.I have told the higher up people, on many occasions do whatever you can to keep your staff.
