My brother passed away recently of septic shock. They did not he was unresponsive for a few hours. When he got to the hospital and was admitted, we discovered all his skin was dry and paper thin. Toe nails like pics of Howard Hughes. Long, thick and covered with gunk. His lower back had a long tear. Deep. The front desk is kind but don't talk to the nurses until you want to be hung up on. One of the managers emailed me some paperwork which I needed another copy of. Nurse who answered got mad saying they didn't have the paperwork then hung up on me Definitely would not have a relative or anyone go there again. Really bad care of residents
