The staff is immediately like family. We are so happy that my dad chose this facility. It's a beautiful, well-cared for, has the greatest people and wonderful community. We're waiting for the kitchen staff to get on board with how special this place it- that is the major area for improvement. Otherwise, we love the atmosphere, the units, and most importantly the people! It is so important to have our parents feel as if they have things to look forward to and enjoy everyday with a community- supported by caring staff. I only wish that our country would direct more funding to this mission, because they earned the best possible care.

Beautiful and clean facility with an amazing staff. I have volunteered here many times and I could tell based on the pleasure of the tenants that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing of the clients that live there. The staff treated me like family and I would recommend this facility to anybody that is in the process of searching.

My wife's aunt Renetta Waldman , a 19-year resident at Wiggins recently passed away at the age of 105. Throughout her time there, Renetta had the highest praise for the team that took care of her and the other residents. In all of our visits, we have found the same, and in particular their care and support for Renetta in her final weeks. Though too many to name, we would like to specially mention Ashley, dining room Shawana, front desk John, security Erin, nurse Physical therapy team Food service delivery Frankie, director The woman that came every night without fail to administer Renetta's eye drops. Thanks to all for the care and support all these years.

How lucky we elderly are that there's a facility like Wiggins Place available to us. The staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and all the people who oversee various departments, are so polite and so nice. I thought when I first moved here that they had gone to a special class to learn to be kind to people. I can only say good things about MY HOME!

It used to be wonderful. Past year has gone down hill they frequently don't have adequate staff to provide necessary services such as dining room service.obviously in desperate need of staff

My in-laws just moved here from Florida. My mother-in-law told us, weeks before she moved in that she will not like the food and would make every meal herself. She even brought everything from her kitchen, preparing to cook. Now that they're settled in, they love the food so much she says she has no reason to prepare meals herself. Plus, they think the staff is wonderful. They couldn't be happier and neither could we.

My mother moved into Wiggins Place last November and they have done an amazing job of taking care of all of her medical, living and social needs. She adjusted so easily and within days had made many new friends and had someone from the staff checking on her several times a day to make sure she is taking her meds. The facility has gone above and beyond to keep their residents safe during this pandemic. Prior to Wiggins, she was home alone and fairly isolated. My family and I are certain that moving her to there not only saved her life, but very likely prolonged it. Highly recommend.

My mother has lived at Wiggins Place for 8 months. The transition from her beloved home of 30 years to assisted living has been difficult, but the Wiggins staff has gone above and beyond to help her adjust. Both she and I are very happy with the high quality of services and the caring attitude of the administration and staff members. I feel free to call with my questions and concerns and sleep better knowing my mother is being looked after. I would have given 5 stars, except Mom says the food is not as good as when she first arrived (with the exception of Friday dinners, which she says are excellent). Otherwise, I highly recommend Wiggins.
